Then I ordered medium to which he says "why didn't you ask for my spice suggestion" then he says "I cannot eat the medium". Point taken so I got the mild. My friend got the tikka also mild. I started to eat mine and was like "whoa that is actually a little spicy". Then I tried hers and it was much spicier than mine. Not intolerable spicy but certainly not mild. Lots of spice but the flavors did not remind me of Indian food I've had in the past. Much more assertive much less sweet. I liked the bread. It reminded me more of a Lebanese pita than naan I've had in the past. Price is a little high but decent amount of food

They have a rice bowl special for 2 for $20 which is a really good deal and the food is delicious. We normally get the butter chicken and this time I tried the paneer masala, which was delicious. The butter chicken looks and tastes like tomato soup, not butter chicken. The chicken was breast, which usually it's not, and the chunks were massive. The korma has huge chunks of chicken too I mean too big to fit in your mouth big. I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews. So extremely disappointing. Maybe it was a bad day or something but I don't recommend it

We were greeted with enticing scents as we entered. I could have stayed for just that! Unsurprisingly they were busy, but offered to seat us outside. We ordered to share, a vegetarian Thali dinner, a mushroom dish, and samosas. Tikka masala paneer was very tasty, but the palak paneer had a depth of flavor I haven't had with that dish before. There was plenty of food to share. I am really sad I forgot to take pictures, because it looked really good too. Despite it being crowded and sitting outside the server took good care of us. I will be back again. I have a few Indian food restaurants I enjoy, but this place outranks them all.

Check out New Taste of India…read more They've got a convenient parking lot, super friendly staff, and consistently delicious food, but the real standout is the chai. Seriously, it might be the best chai tea in the city. I'm pretty new to Indian food, and a coworker introduced me to this spot last year. Since then, it's become our go-to, we pretty much don't go anywhere else. I especially love the garlic naan, and they offer a solid variety of dishes along with great lunch specials. The flavors lean a bit on the sweeter side, and the spice levels are approachable, which makes this a great spot if you're just getting into Indian cuisine. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. And honestly, even if you don't go for a full meal, stop in for the chai. It's that good.

The menu had many options, and we weren't quite sure what to get. Settled on the chicken tikka masala, lamb saag, and a side of garlic naan. Both entrees came with a plate of plain rice. The lamb saag was good, the meat was really tender and broke apart easily. However, in my opinion, the overall dish lacked seasoning. The chicken tikka masala was very watery and even then, the chicken tasted dry. Garlic naan was fragrant, but not fluffy. Overall, I'm sure there are better spots for Indian in the area.
