Terrible service. We went on Easter Sunday for brunch and the restaurant was surprisingly not busy. We were seated immediately which was wonderful. We sat for about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. We have our drink order to a waiter. Drinks arrived 5 minutes later by another waitress who said she would be right back to take our order. We sat for about 15 more minutes while the waitress served every table around us and even stood in the back talking to others. Not a single worker came up to use during this entire time. I even try to wave down someone and no one came. Eventually I got our waitress Chloe's attention who said sorry she forgot she had our table. Finally ordered. Food came and it was wrong probably because she stopped writing our order halfway through. She didn't come back again. No drink refills nothing. I managed to get more drink by flagging her down. Asked if I wanted to go even though we were clearly still eating. She clearly did not care about our table and made it clear. She chit chatted with every other table and knew she screwed up with us so she just stayed away from us. Food was good but we won't be back if service is this terrible. Was only in town for 4 days and got breakfast here twice! Great service! Even when they were very busy on Sunday morning the staff was friendly and quick. The biscuits are so fluffy and soft! I enjoyed eggs, breakfast potatoes, and of course biscuits and gravy between my two visits! Would highly recommend! read more

Very overpriced for a breakfast joint, nothing really that special, here. No refills on my $2.25 tea, food just warmer than cool, "mayo" was miracle whip, haggled about low carb alternative sides though they were part of a low carb option on the menu, just non plussed altogether. They are known for their large biscuits with gravy and it didn't disappoint. They have three sizes so everyone can get what they need. It is a great place for brunch, lots of breakfast choices. Good coffee too! read more

When traveling you never know how a restaurant will be, which is why we rely on Yelp. We had a wonderful breakfast here, great service and easy to get to. Husband had eggs over, hash browns and generous slice of delicious ham. I had the ham, sausage potato & mushroom bowl, which was super. And of course a big flaky biscuit, which I shared so he could try a side of gravy (also good). They know what they're doing here, moving people to in and out efficiently and welcoming. I was grabbing breakfast with my girl friend her pumpkin pancakes where good when I tasted them however my food wasn't good at all. The first issue I had with our visit is that after we had been seated it took 15 minutes for someone to come and serve us. My and my girlfriend where thinking that it could have been because the person who was supposed to take our table was a old co-worker of hers and they where not on good terms. Even if that's so and you don't want to serve us you could as a co-worker to do it instead not just leave us sitting there. After awhile someone finally comes over to help us apologizes for her co-worked and she decided to take the table because she saw us sitting there for awhile. We placed our order and the food was out in a reasonable time. If I knew the quality of my plate I would have been more happy if they took more time. I asked for my eggs over medium they where super runny and my hash browns where super soggy. I call over the server she is apologizes again and says she will bring me some new food. When my replacement food comes out my hash browns had the same issue and they shorted me a egg. On top of all this my gf never got the side of bacon she ordered...at least we didn't get charged for it....:I would never pay 40$ for this shit read more

If you like long wait time, average food, and incompetent staff, than this place is for you. I've been there twice and they screwed up the seating process both times. Today was the last time they will get to waste my time. This place will be a ghost town once the newness wears off and people realize how underwhelming it really is. read more

Excellent food and wonderful service by our waiter Zach. The sticky biscuit with just pecans was AMAZING! it normally comes with cranberries, raisins and pecans but I ordered it with just pecans. I loved the Popeye omelette (subbed onions for mushrooms since I don't like mushrooms). Even with the substitutions food was out quickly and all tastes great. I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband loves the coffee. read more

A group of us meet here every Thursday. The server is terrific. The food is great and it's usually out in a short amount of time. I've also stopped in for lunch and they have great salads as well. Glad they are so close. read more

This Big Biscuit is nice and big inside so even if you see tons of people standing outside waiting, the wait is really only about 10 minutes. Their breakfast is great. I got a waffle, bacon, and breakfast potatoes and everything was delicious. Their waffles aren't too doughy which is how I like it and they have sugar-free syrup in case you don't want all that added sugar. My husband always gets french toast and is never disappointed. We've also been to the Big Biscuit over in Independence and this one is so much better!! read more

Decent service, we think our server was a little slow and forgot part of our order (when we reminded her of what was missing, she had to ask what is was and details), so part of our order came out much later than the rest. read more

Breakfast on a weekday as the "newness" crowd has thinned out for this location. This place has a catchy name, as they do serve a big biscuit . We had omelets, breakfast potatoes and "the biscuit." The omelet was nothing out of the ordinary, although it wasn't browned like other places I've eaten, a plus. The breakfast potatoes had been cooked for a while. You could tell they had been scooped from a warming tray; however, they had a good taste. We didn't try their loaded sticky biscuit because we both have health issues. It did look good on someone else's plate! The service was above average, although the bussing crew had tendencies to hover, and it felt as though they wanted us to hurry. It's a good place to take family, especially if you're a late riser. I'm not. Didn't look at the brunch/lunch menu, but fyi: they're only open until 2:30 pm. read more

Our waitress was very nice and the food was good! I ordered the bacon, eggs, hash browns & toast. I prefer my hash browns a little crispier, but other than that I was happy with my food. Not my first time here but I'm so disappointed I had to give rating. The food is mediocre at best. Not worth the price you pay. Yes, the biscuits are big. The bad part is they never have enough help. I called to place an order to go. Phone was busy. Drove there and they're packed but I'm directed to the counter. I wait. Finally the red head lady takes my order. She's very nice but always overworked. Roughly 25 minutes later she tells me my food is ready in a big bag and she will get it. 40 minutes... I'm in this place 40 minutes and she asks her manager to go get my order. He told me how sorry he was. I told him he couldn't possibly be because he walked by me several times and never spoke or asked a question. I will not go back! read more

We are big fans of breakfast, so we were excited that this place was opening in Raymore. I like the place, the people are very nice, and the food is fresh. However, breakfast was so bland that we haven't been back for breakfast. We gave it another try for lunch. The burger was pretty good, but the fried chicken was odd. High quality chicken, but they put a "sugar" coating on it that is grainy and tastes burned. Some people may like it, but I'm not a fan. So, the place could be really good, but I think their recipes need some tweaking. read more

I ordered pancakes and they were huge as big as the plate. Hasbrowns and bacon with toast. Pancakes were fluffy but way too big to finish. Hashbrowns reminded of waffle house greasy. Toast was browned on the grill not a toaster do it wasn't very toasted. Bacon was cooked very crispy which I like. Oh the cinnonmon biscuit with pecans was pretty yummy. Over all it was good enough yo return but a bit pricey in my opinion. But the portions were fair for the price. But please remember silverware and straws having to ask several times is annoying this should be common sense. read more
