It also helps that it's close to the beach. The name is a bit off because your really getting a pita wrap not a roll, but I saw pics on yelp beforehand so I had a heads up. They have a walk up window for all orders. I stopped for lunch and my wait wasn't too long. I tried an Italian - Provolone Cheese, Ham, Genoa Salami, Red Pepper Relish at $10.99. They also come with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and Sabo's Famous Seasoning by default. My family wanted to split a Turkey. They reported it to be OK. The wrap was fresh, light and a big serving. Mine was wrapped poorly, but still held together well. The red pepper relish gave it a nice little kick and the pickles were a nice touch. It was a good wrap/sub, I've had much better, but considering the area it was simple and got the job done. I think the price was pretty fair, but they could have wrapped it tighter. I'll go 3.5 stars.

I can't speak to the ambiance as I only ordered from the outside window. I ordered the chicken kabob wrap with feta and tzatziki, and spicy tahini on the side. The chicken was well-seasoned and tasted amazing, definitely worth going out of the way for! I asked for the feta & tzatziki inside the wrap, not as a side so I was surprised to be charged $4 more for it since it wasn't a significant amount, like the spicy tahini inside the container. But I'd still come back and order from them. Baklava was delicious & fresh, very happy with overall quality & experience. chicken kabob wrap 10/10 baklava 10/10 If you're in the area, don't let this small restaurant fool you, it is absolutely worth the stop and completely satisfying.
