The cable for the brakes was not connected, the handlebars were not tightened, and the tires were not inflated. I took the bike into Chain Reaction for the brakes. They found all the other issues. I expected to leave the bike there for the repair. To my pleasant surprise, they took it into the repair area and make all the repairs immediately. They were so sweet to my 6 year old Granddaughter, making her feel like an important "customer". In addition, one of the repair guys taught my Granddaughter to ride her new bike. I highly recommend Chain Reaction Bicycles for sales and service.

At the time we were advised by a sales rep to purchase a "Youth Small". The helmet was tight but we were assured it would expand. After getting it home my son has been in tears each time we put it on and attempted to take it off. We went to exchange the helmet for a larger size today (just 2 days later) and were denied, as the manager claimed it had been dropped and he wouldn't be able to "resale" it. (See pictures below) The helmet could certainly be resold even if it were at a slightly discounted price given how minuscule the mark is. This could have been handled much differently, I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service and vow NEVER to do business here again.

We waited another 1.5 hours for the mobility vehicle to be delivered as promised via email and confirmed on the phone (twice), but they lost the key. Finally, they offered this rental free of charge when I asked them to deliver it to the house we were staying at. They mentioned no delivery fee. When they showed up at the wrong house at 11:52pm, and then finally at the right house, at 12:32am, she refused to rent me the mobility scooter. She refused to rent to me until I paid the delivery fee (she confirmed via text it was all supposed to be free after waiting 2+ hours), no one could tell me other than the "1-800 number" how to pay. The police were called. We discussed with them for over an hour and she refused to rent to us. They are a SCAM. The people at other companies are so much nicer, more helpful, and more reliable. My father will be unable to attend the masters because of Latisha and her bad business practices (her brother and police officer's words!). Do NOT rent from here whatever you do. Call PS Mobility - they are WONDERFUL.

Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly dog and a hospital person behind the counter. The location had a small selection of outdoor equipment, but for the size of the store, I thought they did a tremendous of showing a variety of outdoor selection. I was recommended to this store to find climbing equipment and was disappointed in not finding any, but no fault of the store. I noticed that the store had a selection of disc-golf equipment. When I plan to pick up the sport, this would definitely be my first stop. The employees working at the store were top notch in helping me in finding other locations that would have the climbing equipment. I would definitely be back based on their excellent customer service.
