So, I took it to a bike shop near my house. About 2 hours later, they called and said it was ready. All was fine for about a week. Then the slow leak showed up again. They also put some gel/liquid inside just in case there was another issue. Price was very reasonable! It has been 3 weeks and no issues so far.

The park facilities are stuck in the 80's (also about the last time they put any money into it). Not even a single shower, to say nothing of power, sewer or even 50% of the slabs being level enough to not use all your leveling devices. With 10,000 acres available you think one of the busiest parks on the East Coast could lay out a modern campground. Wildlife was extensive - bears are very common here so camp like it. Expect deer, turkeys, and lots of birds. Can't believe how limited the biking is for a park with this much open space and trails.

We were told that bike reservations were sold out and had to be claimed at 7am, which did not interest us even if the reservations were available. Nonetheless, the woman on the phone was very friendly and told us that we were likely to be able to rent a bike, since they're constantly being returned. We started our bike ride at around 2:30, after being given a safety briefing and signing waivers electronically. The system seemed very efficient. Helmets are required for those 16 and under. The bikes we had were 7 speed. We finished the full 11 mile loop in a little over 2 hours and returned the bikes where we retrieved them. We rented the bikes for 2 hours, and were not charged for the additional 20 minutes it took for us to complete the loop. After returning the bikes, we enjoyed ice cream and fountain soda. It was the perfect way to end our scenic bike ride. (BTW- we saw wild turkeys, and 3 black bears along our ride). It was AMAZING.

I recently purchased a 2025 Harley Road Glide, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Tony Robinson (Sales Manager) and Chris Bradley worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my new bike and my trade. Tony found incentives I didn't even know existed, and he made a new Harley only slightly more expensive than a used one. No pressure, no haggling--just honest, friendly help. What really impressed me was how I was never rushed or pushed. I was encouraged to sit on and ride any bike I wanted, and Tony personally approved a longer test ride so my wife and I could be absolutely sure the Road Glide was the right fit. On a later visit, George helped me compare seats and answered more questions, and Matt was friendly and helpful as well. It's great to see the excellent service continue after the sale. In the parts department, Todd and Brian were extremely helpful and treated my wife and me with kindness and respect. Joe Ferguson in finance made the paperwork simple and explained warranty and maintenance options clearly. In apparel, Cora, Andi, and Jessie are always warm, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. And P-Nut, the detailing specialist, deserves special recognition--his work on cleaning, waxing, and ceramic coating is top-tier and shows real pride and craftsmanship. Knoxville Harley-Davidson is truly a family-oriented dealership where every department treats you right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Harley experience.
