The ATF requires that with a CWP in SC that is issued to a military member and the address is a home of record address there also needs to be the PCS orders verified along with the DOD CAC and the sale can go through and the customer will be exempt from the background check. It took a while but it got done and people got educated on situations such as this.

I arrived at the curbside pickup location and followed the directions in the link sent to me. I received confirmation that the link worked and an associate would be out shortly with my order. After a 40 minute wait, I had to go inside, stand in a long line and pick up my order. On September 14, 2021I placed online order #335735211. Again I followed the directions and waited...and waited. After nearly 20 minutes I attempted to call the store. I was treated to no answer on multiple calls, just a voice machine that looped me back to where I started. I had to go inside, stand in line again. One of the cashiers had to call the person handling curbside pickup (Pamela) on the radio to tell her she was needed. Pamela walked to the front and asked the cashier what she needed. It was painfully obvious Pamela had no clue that I had alerted the store of my arrival at curbside or she just took her sweet time getting there. Thai seems to be an Anderson location issue as I have not had this issue at the Easley store.

He even managed to help me with a future purchase on optics and demoed several products for me, even outside the store to give me a full understanding of how the product works, the terminology used in optics and what I should be looking for in a purchase. Highly recommend this store, for its vast selection, which you can "window-shop" if you need to find some potential gifts or ideas.

Not going to get into full details but as their return policy is not posted anywhere in person or on the receipt, Roman is stating all firearms purchases are final as he also refused to advise me what time the store manager would arrive to the store the next day. He was extremely rude and is the complete opposite of their sales person code of conduct. Go to another place of business where people are treated with better dignity, and moreso, veterans and first responders.

Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly dog and a hospital person behind the counter. The location had a small selection of outdoor equipment, but for the size of the store, I thought they did a tremendous of showing a variety of outdoor selection. I was recommended to this store to find climbing equipment and was disappointed in not finding any, but no fault of the store. I noticed that the store had a selection of disc-golf equipment. When I plan to pick up the sport, this would definitely be my first stop. The employees working at the store were top notch in helping me in finding other locations that would have the climbing equipment. I would definitely be back based on their excellent customer service.
