I received beautiful flowers from this florist, however my issue is not with the flowers…read more Unfortunately, they were delivered to the wrong address even though on the card it had the correct address. If a friendly neighbor did not pick them up and track me down it is possible I wouldn't have received them at all. The neighbor said they just left them on the porch and the deliverer was already gone before they could let them know it was the wrong address. It would be nice to have an E-mail confirmation sent out and have the person sign for them, to assure correct address. I was also hoping to preserve some of the flowers, but by the time I received flowers they were already beginning to wilt.

They get 5 stars because: 1. The office was clean and orderly. I felt comfortable upon arrival and during my wait. 2. Now it may just be good timing, but they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I drive an sedan hybrid, so I expected a 2 hour wait. We hired B&B decorative concrete to stain the floors inside our home. We had a house fire and half…read moreof our flooring would need to be replaced, in addition to that we were choosing to do this in other connected areas of our home as well. Very long story short what should've been a week job ended up taking a month because they made such a mess. We talked with them from the beginning about protecting our baseboards and repeatedly throughout the process, but we were ignored. They sprayed stain 18 inches up our walls all over our baseboards, cabinets, doors and anything else below 18 inches. They also got concrete on our baseboards, cabinets, and door frames. The employees and owner came out to clean up their mess and barely put a dent in it. They ended up painting a portion of our baseboards that would not be repainted for our housefire. Unfortunately, in many places, there was still grit from concrete that had been splattered on them, as well as all of the other baseboards in my house. Our job began on Labor Day, we weren't able to move back into our home mid August, 3 additional weeks displaced because of this companies negligence. We have repeatedly asked the owner to discount the final price to allow for all of the cleaning that we have had to do as well as the damage to our property from concrete being attached to baseboards and doorways, but the owner has refused. We told him if he would not make an allowance then he would have to take us to court so a judge can decide what should be discounted and we are scheduled for that in October. They also poured stain out in a rock garden in the front of our home and sat a generator on our lawn that killed our grass, which is still dead to this day three months later, and they broke the key off in our deadbolt. Please save yourself the nightmare and do not hire this company.

From the outside, the building looks like a massive warehouse, so I walked in expecting rows of stylish furniture and trendy home décor finds. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty underwhelming. The best part of the store was honestly the artwork section. They had several nice wall pieces that caught my attention, but beyond that the selection felt very basic. I was hoping to find unique décor items, accent pieces, or some hidden gems, but I may have only seen one or two décor items worth mentioning. Most of the furniture looked very plain and the lower prices reflected the quality. There was also a chair section, but unless you only need one random chair here or there, the selection was slim. If you're looking for affordable furniture and home décor, I honestly think stores like HomeGoods offer a much better variety with similar pricing. The one thing this store absolutely got right was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and offered assistance throughout the store. They definitely made the visit more pleasant. Overall, this outlet was disappointing compared to what I expected. Great staff, decent artwork, but not enough selection or quality to make me want to return.
