When I get my watch back the guy at the counter began to tell me why I was getting charged DOUBLE. He said watch pins were $10 but I have to pay $20 because it was a special pin. I told him I'm not following. He said don't worry about it because it's done now. It was too late because the payment already processed. I turn around with my watch to look at the work they did and the like that I brought in to have repaired was stuck so I try to move it because all the links are supposed to move and it broke. I brought it back to the counter and he tried to argue with me saying that he fixed the pin 5 links down. I say why? Because my watch was broken 3 links down. I think they tried to switch pins and messed it up. They'd way it was stuck because it was too tight. They refused to fix it unless I paid them another over payment of $20. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT!!! Wrong is wrong!!! They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!! once they have your money they don't care about correcting any problems or complaints.
