After getting home and looking at the receipt, it had 14 carat ladies ring. And then looking inside the ring, it was marked 10 carat. The sales person should have told us that. Plus we paid the price for a 14k. Sales are final, so we are stuck with a cheaper one. The ring is beautiful. Maybe the sales person couldn't read the 10k inside of the ring. Bottom line they charged for 14k. Then there was $140:00 for sizing. All of the sales people were nice. Lesson learned, always check your jewelry to see the weight of it before purchasing. Don't take their word.

He took a last minute order to repair my wifes favorite ring that she hasn't been able to wear in a long time durring a very busy time of the year. He finished it fast in order to have it ready for my wifes surprise birthday party. I am very appreciative of his kindness, thoughtfulness, speed, and care. He even fixed another part of the ring! I did not even ask for because I didn't want to burden him last second anymore than I needed to durring such a busy time of the year (Christmas). He told me if the ring for some reason broke again to bring it back and he would fix it, however it has held up just fine since December 2019 now and my wife is happily wearing her favorite every day again looking as good as the day I bought it for her! It's so bright and shiny now! He even gave me a simple little box to wrap it in for her party. This is a wnderful little shop, and my wife and I are so happy and impressed with this place that she said when she needs something new this will be our first shop in mind. I will also be recommending this shop as the local Go-to. It isn't a corporate feeling experience, you feel like an actual person, not just a walking cash-cow. By the time they was done. Remind you I thought my credit wasn't going to work anyway, because I have bad credit. Welp wrong again. They ran my credit 13 different times, which I had no knowledge of.
