A must stop for your local jewelry needs…read more I never forget my experiences with people. He took a last minute order to repair my wifes favorite ring that she hasn't been able to wear in a long time durring a very busy time of the year. He finished it fast in order to have it ready for my wifes surprise birthday party. I am very appreciative of his kindness, thoughtfulness, speed, and care. He even fixed another part of the ring! I did not even ask for because I didn't want to burden him last second anymore than I needed to durring such a busy time of the year (Christmas). He told me if the ring for some reason broke again to bring it back and he would fix it, however it has held up just fine since December 2019 now and my wife is happily wearing her favorite every day again looking as good as the day I bought it for her! It's so bright and shiny now! He even gave me a simple little box to wrap it in for her party. This is a wnderful little shop, and my wife and I are so happy and impressed with this place that she said when she needs something new this will be our first shop in mind. I will also be recommending this shop as the local Go-to. It isn't a corporate feeling experience, you feel like an actual person, not just a walking cash-cow. Having a nice chat with someone who actually cares about you and your needs and I for one will not forget the way I was treated that day.

When I picked up my jewelry I was beyond impressed with the results. The repairs were incredible, beyond what I had hoped for, meticulously accomplished, leaving no visible trace of repair. Like new, only better. Pricing was very fair. I've never met the owner and jeweler, Stan Johnson, but he is obviously a highly skilled craftsman and artist. My only regret is having waited so long.

They were at Pop-Up's and special events around the area (and region). And now, they can be found across the region (including North and South Carolina). But what do they carry? Though personally they have handcrafted leather gifts, accessories, and jewelry they follow more the pattern of a boutique in that they have items from other small businesses. What kind of items, you ask? Candles, cosmetics, coasters, can coolers, (and to finish out the C's) clothing. The ambiance of the space alone is rejuvenating. The natural light pouring in through the front windows, the reflection off the lightly stained wood accents and pastel colors inhabiting the space, and the warm smile of every team member awaits you upon entrance. There are people/businesses we all find ourselves routing for. They've put in the work, they remained positive amidst challenges, and they have proven resilient despite adversities. And for Freshwater, in addition to that, they have opened a brick-and-mortar location even after all that 2020 brought their (our) way. I will champion them to anyone who asks (or doesn't). Stop in for a visit and I have no doubt you'll do the same.
