Long time regular customer. This is my favorite gift store in town. They have EVERYTHING-gorgeous jewelry, great handbags, all kinds of home decor, boutique style clothes, gifts for men, and kids. The personal service from this local shop cannot be beat. They donate to the community and are always running great specials, and have so many opportunities for prizes and giveaways. You can visit the store anytime or even buy from the online show on Wednesday evenings. read more

Last week I visited this store. A lovely young lady greeted me and then headed to the back of the store. Another lady came up to me and was offering to help me with some things. The girl addressed herself as Carolina, She came off a little ill-mannered.Her tone of voice was aggressive. When asking for things she was sighing and giving her coworkers a hard time aswell. I was trying to find a pandora ring for my youngest granddaughter, I had such high hopes for this store! Only to be let down. Will not be returning! read more

My first time in I thought I'd always be giving this store 5 stars , I purchased almost $300 worth of product including a monogram item. When picking up my monogram item and it being wrong, instead of asking to fix it for me the lady asked "are you going to cry." I didn't catch her name, started with a P I believe, older white haired lady. I guess my money will go else where from now on! read more

They have a great store but every time I go in it's like pulling teeth to get waited on. I just walked out because I stood at the Pandora counter for 5 minutes and no asked if I needed anything. Love the merchandise but service could use some help. read more

Worst shopping experience of my life!!!! Had someone follow me around the store which made it very obvious that they thought just because I had tried on clothes and left them in the dressing room (like others before me, so I assumed that was what I was supposed to do) that I had shoplifted something. Then a store employee made the comment standing next to me "make sure what went in the room came back out of the room"!!!! To say the least I was embarrassed and humiliated. The statement was made either by the store owner or manager. If you are concerned that people might shoplift while in the dressing room then I suggest that you count the items they take into the room and request that they bring them back out of the dressing room so you can count them again. Then I asked for help with the Vera Bradley bags and because I didn't like the bag the store employee picked out for me she walked off like she was mad. Really, just because you like it, doesn't mean I will. Sorry if I offended you!! You won't find me shopping there anytime soon which is sad because I really like their merchandise selection. It may not make a difference to the store owner that I won't shop there again and it may not make a difference in the sales at the end of the day but rest assured I certainly will be sharing my bad experience with others..................... Maybe having your employees take a course in Customer Service may make a difference. Just a friendly suggestion! read more

Since I live 30 minutes away, I called ahead to see if they carried a particular item I was looking for. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and patient with me while I found style numbers online (although instead of putting me on hold or muting the phone she carried on with customers leaving the store shouting "bye Lisa!" "See you later Brittany, tell your mom I said happy birthday!"). Her voice was loud in my ear but I thought it was a good sign that the store was busy and that she knew her customers by name - 'friendly place' I thought to myself. Cudos2U did not have the items I was looking for but the woman on the phone urged me to come by the store since they had similar items of the same brand that were on sale. She introduced herself, asked my name and said, "I look forward to seeing you!". GREAT service. THEN I GET THERE. The store was busy so I patiently wait at the front counter for someone to assist me with the jewelry. I wait a good while before I was greeted or offered help. Finally, after some time, a woman comes over to speak with me. She seems annoyed that I want to see something in the case. I point out two items I want to see and she gets them out for me. I try them on and look in the tiny oval mirror on the counter to see how it looks. I'm short so I can't see much and I'm awkwardly contorting my body to catch a glimpse of the item. So I ask the woman if she minded If I walk over to the full length mirror 6 feet away. She looked at me like I was ready to run out of the store. VERY hesitantly she agreed. I tried to ease her apprehension telling her "I could leave my handbag with you if it would make you more comfortable". I think that embarrassed her. She shook her head and I stayed at the mirror for a couple of minutes mulling my decision. Since both items were slightly too large I asked if she could special order a size for me. She said yes, but that the manufacturer does not make the size I requested. (They do actually). When I asked what the sale price was on the one I liked most, she said it wasn't on sale. Apparently the only sale items were a tiny collection of jewelry not at all like what I was looking for. As a retail manager for 10+ years, I made the 30 minute drive because I believe in good customer service and I believe in supporting local business owners. Sadly this experience was a great disappointment. Instead bought the exact same item on Amazon for half the price, no wasted gas, without a headache or being made to feel like a thief.
