They also have a lot of interesting local items that would also make good gifts. As you can tell, I initially went here to get some gifts for people, but have been back a few more times to buy some cookies for myself. One thing is that I wish they would start serving the ice cream sandwiches here, but for now seems they have decided not to have them available at this location. Overall, really great place, delicious cookies, and always great service.

SWEET AND FEMININE!…read more This is an adorable little gift shop, very girly. For those of you who know, it reminds me of Piper Lilies or the shops in downtown Duluth. As soon as I entered the store, I encountered this wonderful smell that could not be captured because it was a mix of candles and scents. It was so inviting! There are a variety of gift ideas here, scarves, perfumes and lotions, scented candles, jewelry, cards, home decor hair accessories, fine table linens, bags and clothing items. Surely they will have the gift item that you are looking for or will make suggestions. These types of shops are always great for males because you get very personalized service and the staff will take the time to make sure that you get an appropriate gift for that special lady. If they don't have it her, she probably doesn't need it! Cute shop, definitely recommended for your gift buying/time to treat myself adventures.

Unfortunately, customer service is not their strong point (as seen from other reviews)…read more I bought a cooler from them for a charity event which we left in the box until the event itself (trusting they'd sold me a quality product). The day after the event I get an email from the winner of the cooler asking if I got it from the "The Scratch & Dent Department". The handle was broken & a tag on the inside of the cooler was broken (so this couldn't have happened in shipping * they obviously knew this when they sold it to me). I emailed Swank and they refused to give me a refund or even offer to replace it because it was longer than 2 weeks and suggested I file a claim with UPS. I wouldn't buy anything from them if I were you.
