She was able to match the person's existing fabric perfectly with some new fabric for one small section, keeping the cost to a minimum. The cushions looked just like new after her work. I would definitely recommend her work for affordability and quality of workmanship.

We also told her we needed suggestions as our space was unique. She showed us tons of amazing pieces and helped us narrow down the style we were looking for. We made an appointment for her to come out that week to see the room for herself. She stayed about 30 minutes and took pictures and talked through our ideas. She called us back that Friday and we came back into the store Saturday (one week from our original visit). She had come up with a full plan for our space using the pieces we already had and incorporating new items. She was so helpful and understanding of our budget and we were really able to maximize the space while staying within the price range we wanted. There was never any pressure, she listened to all our ideas and now we are in love with our living room again! All the items we wanted were in stock and ready to take home that day!

The prices are too high, it is cramped and overwhelming, and the sales and management are rude, dishonest, and egotistical. Watch out for what you take out of there, they will give you pieces that are broken in a heartbeat, turn around and tell you, the customer that you're at fault! It took 5 months to get the pieces in that we wanted, they were damaged, and it took another month to get everything resolved, and not without some catty glances, harsh texts, and unnecessary insults from them. They will lure you in with stylish window fronts, and eager-to-please customer service. Then they will hook line and sinker you by bringing "upon approval" and at your own risk to your home, without you asking, and let you fall in love with it while telling you one price, then later when it's pay time, change it to a much higher, unrealistic amount. There are some pretty cool, different pieces in there.... But I wouldn't spend another dime in there if my life depended on it!
