I have worked with two other granite countertop places and their install was very very sloppy. Richards was very thorough in measuring, and meticulous in installation. During install I needed the counter over hang just a bit more and this company was so accommodating. How many companies actually ask if this is what you want? Richard's Counters does. Amazing service and follow up. Big kudos to Brian who really pays attention to detail when installing. And also Nikki and Kate in the office who patiently worked with me to find exactly what I wanted - and never complained when I changed my mind twice. Great company. Great service. Ten stars!

I had gotten three different estimates from three companies, and honestly their knowledge, friendliness and price won me over. The installers, Lee and Keith came on time, worked steadily, were mindful to shut the door and wipe their feet when coming in and out, and were very respectful. They cleaned up everything after they were done, had me do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied and put the furniture back that they moved. Nothing was damaged or broken, and the dust I was expecting to be bad, wasn't at all. From start to finish it only took 2 1/2 hours for a master bedroom and walk in closet, and guest bedroom and closet. The price was incredible and it was definitely worth paying to have the furniture moved as part of the package. I will be absolutely be looking to them when I change out the flooring-if they are even half as good with it as they were with the carpet, I know I'll be taken care of.
