They accommodated my request and did an excellent job flooring 3 rooms with the exact same flooring than the other rooms of my house. The price was very competitive and the crew completed the project on time and on budget. I also asked a repair for a plank damaged by another contractor. They replaced the plank and the floor looks new again. I had a very pleasant experience with Will and his crew. We moved into a newer home that had the most disgusting dog peed on carpet. It was in every bedroom, hallway and game room​, plus the stairs were worn completely out. There was no steam cleaning this, it was beyond repair. We were so grossed out and seriously needing help! I had reached out to 4 companies, Hardwood Floors and More, Home Depot, Lowes and Legacy Floors. Ultimately we chose Hardwood​ Floors and More. The first ones that came out were Legacy. They were 4 hours late, that was also due to the fact that they completely forgot about my appointment and scrambled to have a guy come out, 4 hours later. He did all the measurements and said we would get a bid the next week. I'm still waiting on that bid, they can keep it. Lowes was better in their service and selection but they were not going to budge at all on price and it was quite a premium. Just seemed like a complete turn off when we were buying a huge amount of their products. Home Depot, worst in-store​ service: After speaking up and showing proof of the time I waited, which was two hours, I showed a receipt of another big appliance purchase, having done that I just walked over and asked for help. The sales guy said, just as soon as I bring this product upfront, I'll come back and you're next. Instead, he chose to help another customer who needed help on vinyl​ flooring, completely ignoring me while I was waiting. I wasted nearly two hours waiting to talk to their sales guy on the sales floor, he got an earful of my agitation​. When it came to selection, the selection was minimal and they were the highest-priced​, by several thousand​ for a carpet​​ that was much more inferior in quality, compared to Lowes or Hardwood Floors and More. Here are my reasons for choosing Hardwood Floors and More: I reached out to Teddy Mosley, an absolute pleasure to work with and his professionalism is top-notch​; he listened with patience and care to my concerns for buying a large amount of carpeting and padding that was going to be high quality but not overpriced. When he came to our home, on time, he was professionally dressed with a wonderful attitude. I warned him of the disgusting carpet and stressed that it wasn't us that did that! Teddy spent a considerable amount of time going through explanations​ of what would be​​ to do. He also looked at our wood floors and made great suggestions on that if we chose to replace the wood as well. When I went to the showroom, he spent a lot of time showing me samples and when I chose one, he insisted I take that and a few others home. I thought I was sure on my selection​ but after I saw them at home, we chose a completely different color. It was his experience and suggestion that helped us make the best choice. Teddy worked with us all the way and when it came to pricing, it was reasonable. Without a doubt, Teddy was the reason we chose Hardwood Floors and More, he is an asset to their company. When it came to installation​, Dan came to install with two other of his helpers. They were professional, friendly and very hardworking, again an absolute pleasure. They really busted their backs in our house and transformed what was a nightmare to gorgeous​ carpeting. The showroom is very large and really well laid out, they have a superior choice of selections: carpeting, flooring, tiling, lighting that is amazing and ceiling fans. I can honestly say, I have never worked with contractors who are better! Every date I was told they would be there and work would be completed, it was! We had all of our floors redone in our new house before moving in from out of state. I dealt with them almost exclusively over the phone for everything and they were extremely helpful. This is a company who says something and does it! I could not be more pleased. Mr. Mosley was very helpful in showing me different types of flooring and was very honest about pros and cons of each for my needs. The installers, lead by Gordon, and his whole crew were very professional and cleaned up every day before they left. They also were concerned that I was completely satisfied with the job. My experience was not good. We had wood flooring installed in july 2014. First, the agent measured wrong. He ignored our highest priority which was having the work compleated by the date of my husband's surgery. We ordered a month ahead and their agent assured us the job would be compleated on time. The mismeasurement caused delays. I nagged with anger to get them to my house the day before surgery, then The quality of the work was mediocre. The crew disposed of their trash on my front lawn, and did not clean it up ( glue) even after I pointed to it and asked. The mouldings were done in a sloppy manner and required my standing over them to get them corrected. Do not use this company. i cannot believe the BBB gives them a good rating. The owner told me her crew had been the best for 25 years, as a response to my detailed and honest complaint. If I had known about Yelp and rea d the existing review I would not have gone to this company. read more

I have only had my floor installed for a couple of months. I had waterproof laminate flooring put in kitchen and dining room. The workers did a wonderful job. I went in one week and a week later had a new floor. They were professional quite helpful in helping me choose, and made all necessary adjustments to the quoted price for any work that wasn't needed. Hardwood Floors and more have failed to meet their warranty claims, I still do not have my floors repaired after a terrible installation in April of 2013, they are are now refusing to correct the problems they have failed to fix over and over again - please do not use this company under any circumstances if you're looking for reliable trustworty service. read more
