Gerald the owner started the process by giving false information to the City of Aiken permit department. Gave wrond building definitions and omitted multiple major structure details from the permit request all together. Automatic roll up door, plumbing details, stairwell, attic decking for storage There was no actual work done at my home as agreed, no materials delivered, he then refused to work under our original contract without $6,000 in additional funds prior to stepping foot on my property tondona single day worth of work. Let's not forget to mention that the demand for additional money was for slab work that was included in the contract. He tried to be slick and I didn't allow it. Later he stated a partial refund was in process. Never gave refund. It is approaching 300 days since he took my money with a smile on his face and then turned in my opinion as what I would best describe as a very spoiled toddler. Tantrums included. I know from my experience that this guy told me what I wanted to hear and flipped his personality after he had my money. This is my personal experience with Gerald and does not reflect how he has treated mutliple other customers that have alleged accounts of his personnal and business behaviors being similar in nature. First, they didn't speak to me or announce their intentions when they first arrived. They just blocked me in my driveway and started working. They tried to leave me blocked in my driveway over night and I had to call in to get things moved after they'd taken off without telling me. They didn't cover anything in the space beneath the roof and lots of debris fell in, trashing and almost causing significant damage to everything underneath. The yard they left a mess and despite saying they would clean it up, never did. Including sharp metal pieces and nails, not only did I get a flat tire from a fresh roofing nail after they were done, but I picked up by hand well in excess of 100 brand new roofing nails. I had to go buy my own magnet to have any sense of confidence that I could use my driveway again. The crew tried to cut corners skipping things that were agreed to, and the things they did do, they did poorly. I had to call them back for almost everything they touched because it was worse than when they started (yes, I had new leaks in my new roof in places that didn't have issues before they started). They also left things clearly in poor condition, gaps between wood structures they'd "repaired", warped boards with no support, the roof had obvious depressions and dents where repairs and new shingles were laid. Different people would show up for other parts of the job at random times without warning and some wouldn't even know what they were doing there. I really shouldn't have to explain what roofing and repair work needs to be done, that should've been handled internally at the company. When I spoke with the crew on the phone they were not receptive to my issues and were aggressive and disrespectful. I really liked the folks in the office and wanted to support a local business but be wary. Might of just been the crew I got, but it was a remarkably unpleasant experience.

They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well.
