Wish I knew how to leave pictures but at 70 yrs old, I'm happy I can do this. Mr. Ferrara and his team did an amazing job with what a mess I had. Not only did he give me a fair price, he hung a zippered plastic around the whole area I lived in, was more than considerate of my needs, completed the job in the time frame he stated, and did a major extra repair that could not be foreseen at no extra charge. My ceiling is gorgeous. Smooth, white and more than I could have asked for. They left me with no mess to clean up and literally washed a smear that got on my woodwork. He came by to look at the job in person and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He expressed his sympathies for my situation and told me he would love the opportunity to fix my ceilings. I could tell this wasn't just another job to him. Bill actually cares about helping his customers. He guaranteed I'd be happy with the outcome and promised to leave my ceilings looking like the damage never happened. I asked him how soon he could start and he said he could start the very next day!
