DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If I could give it a Zero star I would. Quick to take your money but offer…read moreZERO help with any returns or credits. Our contractor asked us to buy all of our materials prior to starting our bathroom remodel. We went here, worked with a different store manager, ORDERED our tile, had to wait due to supply chain issues, picked it up when they called. Then our contractor had to finish up a job-which lasted longer than expected(out of our control). He did our job, we had about 4 1/2 boxes of unused tile-floor and wall (20% overage we were told to buy by the store!). I tried to return the tile as soon as we possibly could only(literally the same day the contractor finished laying the floor) only to be told our returns were not eligible due to time and policy change. How convenient. I even asked if they would issue a store credit with a re-stocking fee which I was kind of expecting. Nope. Furthermore the "new" sore store manager offered no help and she copped an attitude when I said that my "discount" was almost equal to the amount I was returning when I asked the value. The tile took time to order from the store, the contractor took longer than expected, but we were never notified by Tile Shop that the terms of the return had changed! Shady a$$ people here now-you've been warned! Sub-standard tile and NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Another Huge WATCH -OUT....the entire sales staff and management we dealt in the beginning with were no longer employed at the store (4-months later)!! It's too late for me now-DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

Edit: got a call from the manager Benjamin who I explained in detail the situation and he understood. Is willing to work with me to correct the situation and really seemed like he cared! He didn't ask me to but I'm changing the rating since his customer service is great! The store really does have an amazing selection of product as well!

I now have the coastal kitchen I never thought I'd have. After years of cheap fixes, I researched…read moretile installers other than through Lowes or Home Depot. I didn't know that Yelp focused on anything but restaurants. Any way, through Yelp, I found Corley Brothers Tile. Todd was busy on a project, so he said that his brother Barry would call me later that day by 3:00 PM. It was a nice surprise that Barry contacted me before then. He asked me to take a picture of my kitchen that needed a new backsplash. I texted it to him, then he called me back to discuss it. I needed the backsplash removed so he could install new glass subway tiles. He quoted me a price & I agreed. We also set a probable installation date. He came on time, 7:30 AM though he lives 90 minutes away- impressive punctuality!! He shook our hands, then started work. Barry immediately laid down sheets to protect my floors from the entrance to my kitchen. He was courteous, calm, professional & meticulous. Barry covered my countertops and carefully chipped off my old backsplash. He bagged the big pieces as he worked, then swept & vacuumed after removing all of the old backsplash. By 1:30 PM. I had a beautiful coastal looking backsplash for my kitchen. The shimmer is elegant and therapeutic. It has become the focal point and inspiration to paint my top & bottom cabinets white with a hue of pale blue/gray. It has elevated the aesthetic of my kitchen. It's simply a piece of artwork!!! Thank you Barry Corley for giving us something BEYOND what we expected. I highly recommend him.

(never will buy through LL again) Steve worked with us and tried to help us in our claim we filed against LL.. It was a perfect install, the material was bad. I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.
