The gentleman was professional and greeted me as I walked in. Though there were few customers ahead of me, I was in and out within 5 minutes; quick! The staff knew their jobs well and were efficiently checking customers in and out. Definitely a drop off point I will be utilizing moving forward and highly recommend others to come to this location. Dropping off packages can be a headache, but this location definitely made it hassle free.

Dropping off a return today the associate didn't acknowledge or greet me instead she picked up her phone and carried on a conversation walked to the Party City register to attend to a customer who was already waiting. She then returned to the Amazon register, still not speaking and accepted my returns. Giving her credit she did say Thank you, however she didn't inform me that they no longer give receipts for returns and that I would receive an email within 24 hours from Amazon. The hinge on my lap top popped out---been no problem because I leave the lap top open on my desk…read more However, over time the hinge had spread more and this morning I could not plug in the charging cord---the holes would not meet up. Took the lap top into Office Depot, Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA. Otis was anxious to help me. He said that I would need a replacement part but it was not available in the store. He searched online for a while but had no luck finding the part. He took my contact info and said he would continue searching and would give me a call. About 2 hours later Otis called. Said he could not find the part, but that he had talked with another tech member who thought he might be able to fix my problem. I went back to the store and Rob fixed it!! Took about 10 minutes to unscrew all the screws but after that he was able to put hinge back in place, screw lap top back together and the charge cord plugs right in! I am so happy!
