When I drove 1 hour to see the "in stock" item, mysteriously, it wasn't there And they weren't sure if they actually had it in a warehouse or not. They were quick to encourage me to go look at their "New" furniture line downstairs. They took my phone number and promised to call me once they were able to search their offsite warehouse for the cabinet, No call... but I see they remove about 20 cabinets from their online website In the last two days. They reminded me of a used cars salesman with the old bate and switch To get you into their store and buy something more expensive. Recommend if you find something you really want, go into the store, don't buy on line with this company. They'll be glad to take your money, not sure they can deliver what you ordered.

Review Title: Extremely Disrespectful Experience - Racial Bias and Poor Customer Service…read more Rating: I had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences at Office Depot. I walked in expecting to be treated like a paying customer, but instead, I was ignored, followed around the store, and treated with clear suspicion - all because of the color of my skin. It was obvious that certain employees had no interest in helping me and were more focused on watching me than providing any real assistance. When I did ask for help, I was spoken to with attitude and dismissed like my business didn't matter. It was humiliating and frustrating. Office Depot needs to seriously address how their staff treat people of color. Discrimination and poor customer service have no place in any business. I will not be returning and I will be sharing my experience widely.
