Not only was the reproduced drawings terrible, but there was no/low toner in the in the copier. The technician saw it and did nothing to correct this. Everything seemed rushed. Needless to say critical line details were faint or not visible and the "freeware" did a really bad job with drawing text, My drawings were useless. This had to be a "one off". The hinge on my lap top popped out---been no problem because I leave the lap top open on my desk…read more However, over time the hinge had spread more and this morning I could not plug in the charging cord---the holes would not meet up. Took the lap top into Office Depot, Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA. Otis was anxious to help me. He said that I would need a replacement part but it was not available in the store. He searched online for a while but had no luck finding the part. He took my contact info and said he would continue searching and would give me a call. About 2 hours later Otis called. Said he could not find the part, but that he had talked with another tech member who thought he might be able to fix my problem. I went back to the store and Rob fixed it!! Took about 10 minutes to unscrew all the screws but after that he was able to put hinge back in place, screw lap top back together and the charge cord plugs right in! I am so happy! Both guys went over and beyond to help me. Thanks for making my day great!!
