For the first time I felt like my needs weren't meet professionally. What disappointed me most was the fact that a "freeware" program was used on my last project and the results were terrible. Not only was the reproduced drawings terrible, but there was no/low toner in the in the copier. The technician saw it and did nothing to correct this. Everything seemed rushed. Needless to say critical line details were faint or not visible and the "freeware" did a really bad job with drawing text, My drawings were useless. This had to be a "one off".
