I went to the store in March 2015 in search of a mid-range laptop computer. Kyle Dillard, Sales Manager, provided me with excellent details of the various computers and their features in my price range. I decided on a refurbished Toshiba laptop computer. It was in excellent condition; was priced well; and had all of the features I needed. Since I had only limited experience with a laptop I asked Mr. Dillard if training was available. He said there were group and in-home classes available called Savvy Senior Training. I chose the latter. Ms. Holmes came to my home yesterday and provided excellent training on my laptop. She was very patient and provided helpful information and tips at my level. She also assisted me with troubleshooting a printer issue and provided recommendations on new printers. I would strongly recommend Computer Exchange and Savvy Senior Training to my family and friends.

Junk in the box, engages in unfair business practices such as: FALSE ADVERTISING, and HIDDEN FEES,…read morethat may border on EXTORTION. The employees are also unprofessional. We contacted JITB for removal services, two white male employees arrived at the job site, took photos and quoted a flat price of $100. After we agreed to the $100, then they changed the price to additional $200 for walking from their truck to the job site, then they went back to the $100 to just cut down a piece of tin and wood does not haul it off. After making two separate phone calls to their boss for approval they started the work, then abruptly stopped claiming, "OUR BOSS SAID WE CAN'T DO IT". When I attempted to ask for an explanation from Tyler he stumped off swiftly, jumped into the truck and left. After their abrupt leaving, I checked the job site and saw that they left debris, I immediately contacted JINTB, and spoke with Angel, who gave me the runaround, I asked for Lisa, whom I had spoke with prior, Angel stated she was unavailable, I then asked Angel for the manager or owners name Angel responded, "I DON'T KNOW". Later I received a call from a Joshua McDaniel who identified himself as the owner. After I detailed my experience, Joshua made excuses, cut me off while talking, provided no resolution, called me DISGRUTLED, and laughed when i told him I had evidence of the $100 price quoted for the job by his employees and that if he wanted a copy of the evidence it would be a fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUNK IN THE BOX if you are looking for honest, professional, and fair dealings.
