Dropping off a return today the associate didn't acknowledge or greet me instead she picked up her phone and carried on a conversation walked to the Party City register to attend to a customer who was already waiting. She then returned to the Amazon register, still not speaking and accepted my returns. Giving her credit she did say Thank you, however she didn't inform me that they no longer give receipts for returns and that I would receive an email within 24 hours from Amazon. Thankfully I learned earlier this week of this change.. I hope she's also informing others. Todays service 3 stars...

The gentleman was professional and greeted me as I walked in. Though there were few customers ahead of me, I was in and out within 5 minutes; quick! I visited the FedEx Shipping Center in Augusta, Georgia because I missed a very important package…read more They had friendly staff as soon as I entered through the double doors. My package was actually out for delivery again, so I was told to come back Saturday and the staff assured me that the package would be available on that day. The space is small and during the holiday season or leading up to the holiday season, the area gets kind of packed with individuals missing their packages. However, I don't think much room is needed since the service is very efficient and they get people in and out. Additionally, I used to live up the street from this location and I often utilized their services. On one particular day, I jumped out of my car (an older model vehicle that shall remain nameless) and locked my keys and phone inside while it was running. The staff was soooo helpful! They let me use the phone and let me wait inside until a locksmith arrived to help me out. I won't be in such a rush in the future, but a least I know the folks at the FedEx Shipping Center will have my back.

Once we have given the on the proof, the turn around time for printing is very quick. My husband had a cute little sign made for our gym, and they helped him come up with ideas and got it taken care of pronto. It made a really sweet and fun Christmas gift for me. We've got a family wedding coming up and I stopped in to see if they could make an "Instagram" frame for us to use at the Rehearsal Dinner. They knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me samples they had on hand. I just picked it up and they nailed it! Quality is excellent. UPS notified me via text at 10:30PM Friday night that the delivery was "late" and that further notification would be provided. This morning UPS says my delivery will be Tuesday afternoon, which means I'll need to take additional time off from work to wait for it. Seems like UPS isn't prioritizing the deliveries requiring signatures. Is it too much trouble to have to get that signature? Why did that truck stop outside my house at 6 :00pm but wait until 10:30pm to provide notification that it was delayed? I want my $11.99 back.
