If you're making a purchase or dropping off an Amazon return, you'll have to get in that particular line. Dropping off a return today the associate didn't acknowledge or greet me instead she picked up her phone and carried on a conversation walked to the Party City register to attend to a customer who was already waiting. She then returned to the Amazon register, still not speaking and accepted my returns. Giving her credit she did say Thank you, however she didn't inform me that they no longer give receipts for returns and that I would receive an email within 24 hours from Amazon. Thankfully I learned earlier this week of this change.. I hope she's also informing others. Todays service 3 stars...

At 4pm, after checking often for updates, I am notified the driver attempted delivery at 3:19! The proof photo was a blur, needless to say. And no door tag- because the guy never arrived. He lied. FedEx often frustrates but today the fraud of saying they attempted delivery when they wasted five hours of my day is too much!!

The FedEx tracking information stated it was left at my mailbox and had a picture of just my mailbox with NO package. I looked and there was no package anywhere, so I contacted FedEx and filed a missing package report. I contacted the shipper who I do a lot of business with, and they sent another package. Three days later I am driving home from town and find a large package leaning against my mailbox delivered by FedEx. This is not the first package that was supposably delivered but the second package that was sent by the shipper to replace it. I pulled up the tracking information and the driver stated, "left package at gated driveway" that is a LIE! I have lived here for over ten years and there has never been a gate or fence to prevent any deliveries to my house. The mailbox is over a hundred yards from my house and can hardly be seen. FedEx has always delivered to my house; this is just pure incompetence on the part of the driver, and they know they can do this because there is no accountability by FedEx. I have contacted the shipper and from this date forward all shipments will be through UPS or USPS and NOT FedEx.

This morning UPS says my delivery will be Tuesday afternoon, which means I'll need to take additional time off from work to wait for it.
