    Worst customer service experience. I would rather pay more at fedex then deal with this bullshit. Avoid if possible.

    Horrible customer service!!. Employees always act like their doing you a favor. Print services are particularly bad!!

    So far I gave them 3 stars. I ordered wedding reception invitations. But when I came to pick them…read moreup they had the last name spelled incorrect. I'm glad I ordered them in time just in case something like this happen. The invitations are very nice. So now I have to wait 4 to 5 business days for the correction.

    I place an order only yesterday for a poster for the memorial for one of my 2 year old grandbabies…read morethat passed a couple of days ago. I wanted it to be a surprise for his mother so she can have it for his memorial service/celebration of life. I placed the order and seen that it has a white border on the picture. So I called right after I placed the order and talk to the young male associate. I informed his that I wanted the poster without the white border and for it to be the board that with stand up. He informed me that it will it have the border and it with have the backboard for the stand. I paid almost $60, I also selected the 1 hr rush. I knew it wouldn't be ready until the following morning because I was a late order, but I didn't want the 2-3 day turn around. When I called after work at 2 it wasn't ready. When I get there at 4 they hand me a rolled up poster. I advised them this isn't what I ask for that I call and confirm right after I placed the order. They told me if I wanted on the board I had to pay $15 and they didn't care what I was told but it was wrong. I ordered 2 boards 4 years ago for my son and paid $85 total for them. When I got the attitude of the employees that was my final straw. I was informed that next time I need to go to staples and place my order since I wasn't satisfied. There were 3 other customers completely unsatisfied and got refunds and left their orders. Some don't receive them(one lady order was place a week ago,they still didn't complete hers). I feel I was robbed and the employees need training on customer service.
