The store was open when they tried to deliver, so I can't understand what the problem was, unless they refused delivery. It makes no sense. I tried to talk to the manager about it but he couldn't give me any explanations and he was very rude. He actually blamed Amazon for the screw up! I will never make the mistake of using this location for anything again. I have been a UPS customer for years and have never been treated so poorly.

Took the lap top into Office Depot, Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA. Otis was anxious to help me. He said that I would need a replacement part but it was not available in the store. He searched online for a while but had no luck finding the part. He took my contact info and said he would continue searching and would give me a call. About 2 hours later Otis called. Said he could not find the part, but that he had talked with another tech member who thought he might be able to fix my problem. I went back to the store and Rob fixed it!! Took about 10 minutes to unscrew all the screws but after that he was able to put hinge back in place, screw lap top back together and the charge cord plugs right in! I am so happy! Both guys went over and beyond to help me. Thanks for making my day great!!

Junk in the box, engages in unfair business practices such as: FALSE ADVERTISING, and HIDDEN FEES,…read morethat may border on EXTORTION. The employees are also unprofessional. We contacted JITB for removal services, two white male employees arrived at the job site, took photos and quoted a flat price of $100. After we agreed to the $100, then they changed the price to additional $200 for walking from their truck to the job site, then they went back to the $100 to just cut down a piece of tin and wood does not haul it off. After making two separate phone calls to their boss for approval they started the work, then abruptly stopped claiming, "OUR BOSS SAID WE CAN'T DO IT". When I attempted to ask for an explanation from Tyler he stumped off swiftly, jumped into the truck and left. After their abrupt leaving, I checked the job site and saw that they left debris, I immediately contacted JINTB, and spoke with Angel, who gave me the runaround, I asked for Lisa, whom I had spoke with prior, Angel stated she was unavailable, I then asked Angel for the manager or owners name Angel responded, "I DON'T KNOW". Later I received a call from a Joshua McDaniel who identified himself as the owner. After I detailed my experience, Joshua made excuses, cut me off while talking, provided no resolution, called me DISGRUTLED, and laughed when i told him I had evidence of the $100 price quoted for the job by his employees and that if he wanted a copy of the evidence it would be a fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUNK IN THE BOX if you are looking for honest, professional, and fair dealings.
