A regular DHL shipper I took them here - after all, it is a drop off on DHL website and on the door. Didn't take them. "No contract" is what I was told by the elderly owner. Told I could have them picked up at home and he said he would help me. Didn't need help - needed the drop off. His store could call DHL for a pickup but he didn't do that either. Mentioned about label in a pouch (also not true). Then the parting remark from the elderly owner "I can't force you to accept help". That's just it, I didn't need his help, I needed the service that is advert on his door, on the website and DHL website. Get it together !! This resulted in my packages being delayed at least another day. Owner operated stores are hot and miss, but this one is a miss. Best to avoid it.

A claim that was processed and closed in less than an hour with the resolution in my favor with a full refund of $30 and for good reason too! My husband and I were scheduled for an elopement ceremony with Amanda on Wednesday 7/26/17 at 7:00pm, however, upon arrival at this time we found no one to be home. We immediately phoned this provider at the number listed on the website to which we received no answer and proceeded to leave the premises. After which we contacted this woman regarding a refund which she outright refused, then proceeded to insult me and my husband both on the grounds that we "must really need that money." Which, as a matter of fact, we do considering I am a full-time college student with 3 children relying on my husband's single income. But clearly this woman has no regard for other people's financial predicaments. This woman is disgusting and an absolute scammer who thinks she won't be found out. I've even included her email response to me AFTER I was awarded the PayPal refund on my Google review! her resonse? "Enjoy the $5 from paypal lol. I have more than one account... You think you got me, nope. And you won't..You and your husband are pathetic whiners who belong together." For the record, I received the full $30 that PayPal must have just taken on the chin. The fourth and final time we tried to arrange a meet up but she wouldn't take our calls to discuss a location until calling her repeatedly, thereafter she blocked my number after sending me a nasty email about how my "whining" wasn't her problem and she "gave us every chance to come to her" even though we never discussed directly coming to her until the last time we spoke (not literally to her business, but to some place apparently close to her and across town for us), to which she didn't reply when we asked about meeting closer to a middle ground.
