I should…read morehave gone in this more level headed instead of panicked and may have understood what I was told more clearly. It seems that what I was told or, at least, my interpretation of what I heard is not what really transpired according to Ms. Magruder. I gave them information which had they done their research correctly was not used. Ms. Magruder (I am trying my best not to use pronouns as I was told by her) does not work for you she works for herself. She will refile for more money and correct what was done. WOW, how nice of you. I guess another $2500 in your pocket for your staff's work is good for you. I cannot recommend this firm at all. I know I made mistakes, I lost my job and in way over my head, but I went there for help not be in worse shape than I was before I went there.

If I could leave less stars I would…read more This has been my worst legal experience by far. I was told that we should be able to finish up my case by Christmas of 2021. Three Christmases later and we don't even have a parenting plan put together. Communication with them has been a nightmare. There was little to no effort to keep me informed on my case. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I would call multiple times a day for days at a time with no response. There were at least three occasions where I had to call from a Georgia number just to get through (I am from out of state). Of course, my call would be answered on the second ring if it were from Georgia. I guess they only get excited for new money. This was the most expensive disappointment I have ever had to deal with. They very clearly did not care about me or my case. Business is business, but you can still conduct business and be a nice person. I hope they read this and make the decision to do better. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of results, communication, and compassion.
