Very poor. Judgmental from the beginning, and the divorce settlement he pressed for was not favorable or even fair to me. You don't realize this until weeks or months down the road. He might be fine with women as clients, but he's a shockingly inept lawyer for men. A fat little man with small, soft hands. Divorce cost me over $7k and he did absolute squat. Adam Land was my daughter's attorney. He took her money and did not represent her correctly. Asked the judge for a guardian at Lidem that also took her money. Neither did their job to the best of their ability. Said the final order would be ready the following week but it took a month. Holding their military orders. He did not fight for her and most of the time it would take weeks for him to return her calls or emails. He coerced her into agreeing with the other party's demands that she was not comfortable with. He wanted to reduce child support for the second time. He told her do you really want to risk losing custody of your child over $80 a month child support. I would not recommend Adam Land. read more

Absolutely Atrocious Experience with Jacqueline Thomas (MUST READ) First thing, this is the only time I've ever felt compelled to take time to write a review. I had gone to Tisdale Middleton to settle a case filed against me for child support matters. She absolutely does not give you the confidence that her representation is in your best interest. I got into an argument with my ex wife and we both said some things that shouldn't have been said. Jacqueline discussed the matter with me, and I asked some questions as to what exactly I was paying for as I had already spent over $1,000 and wanted a clear understanding of how I could comply to get this done as soon as possible without spending an arm and a leg on a such a trivial motion against me. A few days later I got an email stating that they were withdrawing form my case due to my conduct. I called and they would not give me an explanation to anything or any progress made that I have paid for. In other words I spent $1,500 to end up in the same scenario I was in before I walked into their office. This was an absolutely atrocious and horrific experience considering I had gone to them for assistance, and felt taken advantage of and cast aside when my lawyer didn't like the questions I was asking. Let's be honest the subjects not fun in any scenario no matter who's involved but Jacki was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful through the process. She met with me on multiple occasions, answered all my questions to the best of her ability, even repeat questions when necessary. I felt she truly did her best to handle the situation professionally but also with personal kindness toward both of us through the process and at signing. Her rate was fair and honest, all statements were clear and easy to follow and she was easily available if I did have more questions. I felt like she understood our request to handle this as quickly, non confrontational, and as inexpensive as possible and did everything in her ability to meet those request while still making sure I was aware of what was in my best interest or any possible hurdles or risks we could face later on.
