My package was actually out for delivery again, so I was told to come back Saturday and the staff assured me that the package would be available on that day. The space is small and during the holiday season or leading up to the holiday season, the area gets kind of packed with individuals missing their packages. However, I don't think much room is needed since the service is very efficient and they get people in and out. Additionally, I used to live up the street from this location and I often utilized their services. On one particular day, I jumped out of my car (an older model vehicle that shall remain nameless) and locked my keys and phone inside while it was running. The staff was soooo helpful! They let me use the phone and let me wait inside until a locksmith arrived to help me out. I won't be in such a rush in the future, but a least I know the folks at the FedEx Shipping Center will have my back.
