All my shirts and sweaters shrunk in size from this cleaners. I went to manager and she said they go by the label. Clearly the tags say dry clean only except for a couple shirts and they shrunk also. 300 dollars worth of shirts and sweaters, I cannot fit and the thing about this is I lost 30 pounds. Heat is the issue in that shop, hot and muggy and heat shrinks clothes and excessive drying also. I was gonna try to get my money for the shirts, I have my receipts and pictures but, its not worth it because its my fault trying to go the cheap route to get my 50 dollars shirts cleaned. I've used this cleaners for 15 years. Initially I would average 20 - 30 shirts per week. Now rarely do I take my shirts because they use to replace buttons that came off in Washington machine for free. But now they charge to replace buttons that came off in there machine. Is it just me, but on the building it say 2.95 cleaners. First and last time I come to this dry cleaners. They messed up my jacket that I've only ever worn twice and never washed. They called me and claimed that there was cracking on the collar and that they didn't want to clean it for risk of it further cracking, and I'm thinking that it's very miniscule cracking that I didn't notice when I first brought it in, but when I came in to pick up my clothes and they showed me the jacket, those cracks were not originally there when I brought it in. I would've definitely seen it before bringing it in. I only wore it twice and I never washed it! There's no way that I brought it in like this. I'm positive that they started the dry cleaning process, noticed that it wasn't supposed to be dry cleaned, and then pretended that I brought it in like that. They told me they didn't dry clean it yet when they called me, but they certainly did, because the tag looks like it has been washed and I remember the tag was rigid and new, not crumpled and washed, and I had stains on the jacket that are now gone. I didn't want to argue or make a big fuss over it because, frankly, I should've checked the tag myself and saw that it wasn't supposed to be dry cleaned. But to be fair, the big black lady that inspected the tags when I brought my clothes in looked at in and still accepted it. Unacceptable for a dry cleaners. They should've known even by the sight of my jacket that it wasn't supposed to be dry cleaned. These guys don't know what they are doing. Stay away!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I was a loyal customer for 8 years. I brought my suit jacket to be dry cleaned right before my work trip. They returned it with burnt holes. I tried speaking with the manager but he refused to pay for repairs or refund the dry cleaning. He lied and said that's how the jacket was brought in, but couldn't answer why anyone would want to dry clean a damaged jacket. He claimed that there was a note in their system that there were holes in the jacket and it was ok to dry clean. No one notified me of the holes. Awesome service, we've been going for 10 years. In the past few months though, the quality has tanked big time. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES have any dealings with TAMIKA. She may be stressed and overworked but even so, her customer service is DEPLORABLE. Every time we've had any transaction processed by her, there has been a MAJOR issue. Whether it's a policy explained with the most snotty attitude, smirky wise cracks or overt complaints, she has ZERO business working there or any customer service position for that matter. Additionally, we took a $700 coat there a few months ago. It came returned too shrunk even to be worn. Was the care label completely disregarded? Toe curling because when the Spanish speaking ladies worked there, everything was in tip top shape. The quality, the service, the whole environment. Good dry cleaners! They are kind of pricey. There are certain select items that cost $2.95 (blouses, T shirts, etc) and everything else is however much they decide it is. For example) some of my blankets were $10 and other similar blankets were $5. So 4 stars for a good dry cleaning and my clothes were ready for pick-up early. But not 5 stars because of their somewhat-high and arbitrary prices. read more

If you were to dry clean one item, it will cost you $3.95 ea. If you were to dry clean at least two items, it will cost you $2.95. All items came out pristine and on-time. This business is my go-to cleaner. It has been easy parking on the shopping center parking lot. read more

I put my dress in this dry cleaners so they can take off all of the fuzz balls that's on top of the dress I received the dress worst then when I put it in. The dress looked like it was dragged across the floor because it had hair, wood piece, and staples stuck to the bottom of the dress. When I stopped by to pick it up, it took the staff over 15 minutes to realize my pants' alteration job was not completed. The staff didn't seem to know where to look. We moved to Augusta recently and I tried a few dry cleaners and 2.95 Dry Cleaners seemed like they were going to be the best. They were faster and cheaper than the others I tried. But the last time I took my clothes there, three of my shirts came back with stains on them. We took them back and they agreed to clean them again without fuss. But when I picked them up there were still stains on two of them, and when I asked the gentleman behind the counter what they would do about it, he was pretty rude and just said something incoherent about all they do is take the stains off the collars and there was nothing more they could do. Went to pick up clothes and the lady stated that my clothes were not ready and to come back. I told her that I did not stay in the area and that I wanted my clothes back whether they were done or not. She refused. I was in shock.
