This Caucasian women who I assumed was the owner or part owner needed to dictate to me how many quarters or how much I could wash at this point. She allowed me one roll of quarters and told me I had to have all my clothes to wash or I don't have to wash my clothes here. She also went as far as to cut off change machine. She also gave me directions to the bank and other laundromats. She also pointed out the signs that she can refuse service if she wanted to. She also got funky with my daughter who tried to talk to her and was met with her disgusting attitude. Black people don't patronize this establishment. It was a surreal experience. I thought I was being pranked. This will be my last wash here. I'm from NYC , I know rude and she wins the prize. this is the 2nd time I've encountered this same woman with this devil may care fuck you attitude. Her tone was like she was speaking at a KKK rally or a "white only" sign on door when clearly 90 percent of patrons are black. There are 2 new laundromats right on Windsor spring and Tobacco Rd. I will give them my business in the future. There are other attendants (African American woman and her mom ) I have met in past and their customer service was excellent.

I picked up my clothes, got home & all the whites are all dingy like they wash the whites & colors together. So they lied !!!!!!!! Having said that, it was functional, and someone was there to monitor the place and clean out the dryer filters, and being in a chain, the same card they use for payments works at this location as it does elsewhere. Being closer to the medical district, it may have a use for some, and since there were plenty of other people there, this location is serving a need.
