Fastsigns is super! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have made it a snap to…read moretake care of our signage needs. In the past we have stopped by the shop and spoken to the staff about our ideas. We sketch out the vision together and then they send us a proof via email. Once we have given the on the proof, the turn around time for printing is very quick. My husband had a cute little sign made for our gym, and they helped him come up with ideas and got it taken care of pronto. It made a really sweet and fun Christmas gift for me. We've got a family wedding coming up and I stopped in to see if they could make an "Instagram" frame for us to use at the Rehearsal Dinner. They knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me samples they had on hand. I just picked it up and they nailed it! Quality is excellent. They also do lighted signs and corporate items, they will handle large installations for you, etc. If you have signage needs stop in and talk to the people at FastSigns!!

They were really helpful, courteous and very fast. The lady in front was great and even fixed the editing problem I had with my poster. I got same day service and the poster looked great. I needed another poster made but I am no longer in Augusta and in looking for a place to print it for me I remembered the excellent service I received and that deserves a review no matter how late!

I'm glad I ordered them in time just in case something like this happen. The invitations are very nice. So now I have to wait 4 to 5 business days for the correction.

Customer Service Complaint - Biz Max Print, Augusta, Georgia…read moreSubject: Lack of Customer Service, Accountability, and Professionalism I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received from Biz Max Print, located at 3358 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30909. As a business professional with more than 20 years of experience, I understand that unexpected issues can occur in any business. However, what I experienced with Biz Max Print was not simply a delay; it was a complete breakdown in customer service, communication, accountability, and professionalism. On May 18, 2026, I visited the store in person and placed an order for my Columbia High School Class of 1992 Reunion Cruise shirts. I was in Augusta on a 30-day business assignment. I intentionally chose to support a local business rather than return to Atlanta, where I could have easily had the shirts printed elsewhere. At the time of purchase, I was advised that the order would take approximately 2-3 business days and would be ready by noon on May 20, 2026. When I followed up, I was informed the shirts would instead be ready by 4:00 PM that same day. Unfortunately, they were still not completed. After additional follow-up calls, I was told their system was down and that the shirts would be mailed to me since I had already left the Augusta area. I provided my mailing address and trusted that the order would be shipped as promised. A week passed with no shirts and no communication. Then, surprisingly, I received a call from the same cashier who originally processed my order. She contacted me to verify the order's basic details, including whether the design was to be placed on the front, back, or both. This raised serious concerns because it suggested the order had not yet been completed despite previous assurances. During that conversation, I explained that my reunion cruise was approaching quickly and asked them to simplify the order if necessary. I was again assured that only two shirts remained to be completed and that the order would be shipped immediately. Again, nothing arrived. On May 29, I contacted Patrick, who advised that the shirts had been shipped the day after Memorial Day and should have already been delivered. Yet when I returned home on May 30, there was still no package. On June 2, I contacted the business again and spoke with Robert, the individual who originally sold me on using Biz Max Print. He promised to investigate and call me back. Hours passed with no return call. When I called back, Robert stated the shirts had been shipped via UPS but was unable to provide a tracking number because the system was allegedly down. He promised to call me back once the system was operational. That callback never came. On June 3, the day before my 34-year class reunion cruise, I still had no shirts, no tracking information, and no answers. After multiple additional calls, Robert again stated that the system was down. He suggested overnighting the shirts in Tampa, Florida, where I would be departing for the cruise. By this point, after weeks of missed commitments and unfulfilled promises, I informed him that I had very little confidence in either his word or the company's ability to deliver. Once again, I was promised a callback within minutes. Once again, no call came. When I contacted the business yet again, Robert informed me that management did not want to pay for overnight shipping. At that point, I requested a refund because I was completely exhausted by the constant excuses, lack of follow-through, and apparent disregard for the customer. What is most disappointing is not the delayed order itself. It is the repeated cycle of promises, missed commitments, unreturned phone calls, inconsistent information, lack of ownership, and complete absence of proactive customer service. This order was important not only to me but also to my classmates, who were counting on me to provide reunion shirts representing our Columbia High School Class of 1992. What should have been a memorable and positive experience became a frustrating and unnecessary ordeal. Throughout this process, I experienced: * Multiple missed delivery deadlines * Repeated promises that were never fulfilled * Numerous unreturned phone calls * Inconsistent explanations regarding the status of my order * Failure to provide shipping confirmation or tracking information * Poor communication among staff members * Lack of accountability from management * A complete disregard for the urgency and importance of the order In over two decades of professional experience, I have rarely encountered a business that demonstrated such poor customer service and a lack of follow-through. Consumers have many options when selecting printing and promotional product vendors. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Biz Max Print and strongly encourage prospective customers to consider alternative providers carefully. Buyer Beware.
