I contacted G&S to repair a broken laptop screen. They suggested I contact Dell & purchase the…read morescreen from Dell. I did this & it saved me money. When the screen arrived I took the computer, power cord, & new screen to G&S. Eric estimated it would be 1 to 2 hours of labor. The following morning Eric called me, said he checked my Dell account & discovered I had "Accidental Damage" coverage on my laptop. Eric said that meant it could be repaired for no cost to me by Dell. When I picked up my laptop & the new screen Eric had printed all the information, gave me the 800 # to call, suggested I return the screen to Dell for a refund. I returned the screen to Dell (they furnished a pre-paid FedEx label) & will ship my computer this week in the pre-paid (by Dell) FedEx shipping box. And I'm glad I learned before it was too late. I spent about an hour with Sharon from Managed Nerds and it was very enlightening and brought me great peace of mind. She jumped onto my phone and computer and made me aware of all these threats to not only my security, but that of my customers. She quickly and efficiently walked me through what she was doing and how it would protect me. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. No matter the size of your business, I highly recommend that you sit down with Managed Nerds. We are all exposed to threats and we need to take them seriously.

Junk in the box, engages in unfair business practices such as: FALSE ADVERTISING, and HIDDEN FEES,…read morethat may border on EXTORTION. The employees are also unprofessional. We contacted JITB for removal services, two white male employees arrived at the job site, took photos and quoted a flat price of $100. After we agreed to the $100, then they changed the price to additional $200 for walking from their truck to the job site, then they went back to the $100 to just cut down a piece of tin and wood does not haul it off. After making two separate phone calls to their boss for approval they started the work, then abruptly stopped claiming, "OUR BOSS SAID WE CAN'T DO IT". When I attempted to ask for an explanation from Tyler he stumped off swiftly, jumped into the truck and left. After their abrupt leaving, I checked the job site and saw that they left debris, I immediately contacted JINTB, and spoke with Angel, who gave me the runaround, I asked for Lisa, whom I had spoke with prior, Angel stated she was unavailable, I then asked Angel for the manager or owners name Angel responded, "I DON'T KNOW". Later I received a call from a Joshua McDaniel who identified himself as the owner. After I detailed my experience, Joshua made excuses, cut me off while talking, provided no resolution, called me DISGRUTLED, and laughed when i told him I had evidence of the $100 price quoted for the job by his employees and that if he wanted a copy of the evidence it would be a fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUNK IN THE BOX if you are looking for honest, professional, and fair dealings.
