No wonder they're going out of business. I bought a new motherboard to replace my old 2011 chipset…read moremotherboard 4 months ago for get this $188 and $79 labor to put in. I was told it would be covered for one year with them which is the whole reason I paid that much. Now the Ethernet is not working and I take it in only to see a sign on the door that says they're going out of business. Fine, I went in and tried to get my motherboard repaired and was told they're not accepting any more repairs and that the motherboard was a USED motherboard. I showed them the invoice and it's there in plain sight but they refused to repair or replace or refund. Unreal how they lasted even this long.
