This is how nice they are I called in about certain oil that they prefer an they were kind enough to let me know. 29 Apr 25 brought my Kymco 300 in for a oil change an Mr Lucci went above an beyond to assist me in fixing my brakes too were I don't ever need a door stop on my trike 300 Kymco bike. This gentleman will never understand how I appreciate so much what he just done. THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR KINDNESS AN SERVICE I WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS ANOTHER MAINTENANCE LIGHT SHOWS UP. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money…read more My husband and I visited the store 2 days ago to purchase a helmet for my 5year old son. At the time we were advised by a sales rep to purchase a "Youth Small". The helmet was tight but we were assured it would expand. After getting it home my son has been in tears each time we put it on and attempted to take it off. We went to exchange the helmet for a larger size today (just 2 days later) and were denied, as the manager claimed it had been dropped and he wouldn't be able to "resale" it. (See pictures below) The helmet could certainly be resold even if it were at a slightly discounted price given how minuscule the mark is. This could have been handled much differently, I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service and vow NEVER to do business here again.

Through the years I have owned 4 Gold Wings but the Spyder RT Sea to Sky was my bike of choice to replace my love of Gold Wings and Redline Power Sports was my place to start looking. My first interaction was with Salesman Mark Moore. Mark let me test drive a new RT Limited just to see if that was the type of bike I was interested in and it was, but even though there were no Sea to Sky's available Mark said he would be on the hunt and keep in touch with his search and new inventory coming in. Mark called one day to let me know they had just gotten in a 2025 Sea to Sky in the color I was looking for, it had only 67 miles on it with a good story behind why they had got it in. The short story is, I bought it. Mark did a great job of taking care of the buying process. Chad is one of the Managers that took control after the sale a very quite but intimidating looking gentleman but he is just the opposite of his persona. I found Chad to be very helpful and knowledgeable about his products and more than willing to answer all of my many questions with what I felt like was a very honest answer and opinion. Chad sat on my new bike for quite awhile making sure I was comfortable with all of the buttons, operation and navigation of the Spyder. Great buying experience thanks to Mark Moore and Chad. Chad is my go to person for anything Spyder RT Sea to Sky related and overall customer support in person or on the phone. Chad always makes time to discuss and resolve my questions. I was ready to buy but at the last minute added a 3k plus "assembly charge" and another charge for a battery. Almost $4k more than the ad stated the cost would be. Then, there were sales pressure sales tactics and they wouldn't even let me take a copy of the invoice to consider what they claimed were standard charges. However, the charges were inflated and I went elsewhere and avoided paying the extravagant add on charges, avoided playing "let's make a deal," and avoided high pressure tactics. I acknowledged they have a nice showroom and good selection but shop around before you buy and recommend you call in to get all the fees and charges they don't mention in their ads as transparency is a concern.

Jeff had stated his franchise was in jeopardy because he wouldn't buy or build a palatial dealer facility. Although I stopped riding and sold off my bikes several years back due to medical issues, I still have the highest regard for Jeff and his staff.

Bought my first bike from them a while ago, a KTM, nice salesmen (but what salesman isn't nice?)…read more Service department is where the problems are... room them a literal month to do the oil on that KTM. Whatever, then I brought a set of wheels in to have tires swapped out. They scratched the powder coating down to the metal in three huge spots, they said they'd replace it. Called me back and said they'd have it repaired. I came to pick it up after a month to find out they had only painted the barrel and had left huge scuff on the edges of the rim. Finally got it back after another month (after having to call daily), turns out they spray painted the rim instead of re-coating it. Cost me another $400 and two months to get the wheels coated back to how it was before they touched them. On top of all of that, they gave the bike back with both chain tensioners completely unlocked, could've locked up my rear wheel and killed me. Always tell my buddies to steer clear. Lazy service kills riders. I go across town for service and Aiken for sales from now on.
