The Vegetarian Samosas are deep-fried pastries filled with green peas, potatoes, and Indian spices, with a noticeable curry flavor. They're served with a brown, tamarind-based dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with the filling. One entrée we love sharing is the dosa. A dosa is a lightly fried crepe, and there are about a dozen variations, each with different fillings and spice combinations. The dosas are served with several sides for dipping or eating with pieces of the crepe. The Tandoori Chicken Tikka Kebab is another favorite. I was sitting right in front of her, yet getting her attention felt like a chore. She eventually came over and asked if I was ready to order. I told her no because it was my first time and there were a LOT of things on the menu. Instead of giving me a minute, she literally turned around and walked away. When I was finally able to get her attention again, I ordered a mango lassi. It came out in a bottle--I'm assuming they were out of glasses. ‍ At that point, I decided to just order something I had seen on TikTok. And here's the frustrating part: THE FOOD WAS ACTUALLY GOOD! The food definitely deserves credit. Unfortunately, the service was so bad that it completely ruined the experience. I still left a tip, but honestly, after the level of service I received, it should have been ZERO.
