I was offered a water bottle and a ton of laughter. The prices were amazing with the big ticket items being priced just right for such incredible quality. She has rooms full of different styles of home furnishings and I bought a bag full of seasonal trinkets, candles, candelabras and kitchen stuff all for under $100. Turns out Karen didn't order two actual rolls as I requested, because wallpaper makers use imaginary units of "single rolls" (a 1/2 roll) and "double rolls" (a full roll), so I only received one roll. Next I had to return that roll and be charged a "restock fee" so they could re-order two rolls (aka 4 single rolls SMH) from the same dye lot. More waiting. No updates. I call and am told it will now be after MID-MAY before I (might) receive my product!! So I request a refund. They refund me 30% of the $400 I paid and I have ZERO rolls of that wallpaper. They don't even care.
