Had the pleasure of working with Patty. She first helped to narrow down the search for an amazing couch and loveseat. Patty never pushed for the sale. So refreshing. She was patient and polite. It was on back order and Patty kept us up to date on the delivery timing. A few months after we got them we needed to get one seat adjusted as it making a squeaking sound. Immediately she connected us with the people to come out and fix it. We are super happy! It is always good to feel important and fully taken care of...Thanks!!!

Absolutely terrible experience tonight(5/3/20 6:30pm) at this location. We came in specifically to buy a 5x7 $200 rug we saw last week. We had the money then, but we wanted to shop around elsewhere first and didn't have room in our car at the time. We never got the chance to shop around so we decided to come back here and get the expensive rug from this location. When we got here we were not greeted. We were just asked what we needed by a lady that was already assisting someone else. When we told her we came in for a rug and told her the exact model rug she looked extremely confused. She then just pointed the opposite end of the store and said, "look over there". We felt awkward interrupting her sales moment with her 2 customers she was assisting so we just walked away to go find the rug we saw last week. When we got to the rug, we found it but of course it was the floor sample. It's called a rug but for some reason they had it placed on top of one of their beds like a blanket. The lady finally did come back to us and ask if we found it and we showed it to her and she was preparing to take that exact rug that was a showroom piece and ring us up. I said hold on and asked for a brand new one but she said there was none. I asked if she could order one for us online then and she said she could not. She made zero attempt to even try, it was an automatic no. I finally asked if we could get a discount since we were being offerred an OPENED, USED, FLOOR SAMPLE, TOUCHED by God knows how many people rug that I would place in my home for FULL PRICE??? Hell no. She said "The rug is in good condition! We just put this here not too long ago..What's the problem?" Did I mention we're in the middle of a supposed contagious Pandemic and she asked me what is the problem while wearing a damn mask! She is wearing a MASK with hand sanitizer on deck but has the nerve to ask us what the problem is with buying a used, open rug that has been touched by hundreds or thousands of people for 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS full price? We wouldn't budge so she asked the guy standing behind her in Spanish and he didn't even have the respect to take his eyes off the computer and tell us no or explain why although he was 6 feet away. He told her no in Spanish and said God knows what else in Spanish to her which was also disrespectful because they knew we didn't speak Spanish. Please speak English to and in front of your customers. After that interaction we walked out and are so glad we did. I am not going to pay $200 for a used rug. Literally ANYWHERE else will give a discount if they have to sell an off the floor model. It's just common sense, you don't sell USED aka OPENED for the price of brand new. I am extremely disappointed because my family just purchased $3,000 sofas from here recently. I hope to God that they do not treat all customers this way. Not to pull the racist card, but the lady did not look interested in making a sale to us although she was happily helping the hispanic couple she was with. Cracking jokes in Spanish and laughing the entire time, but when it came to us she didn't even TRY to look up options. I don't even believe she looked up the inventory in the back or online. Please address this issue Daniel's, because your parking lot is ALWAYS empty. I PASS BY ALL OF THE TIME and It is ALWAYS a ghost town. I just do not understand why the day you had more than 2 customers in your store at once you decided to act like you were too good to service us. We will NOT be back. I found the actual Manufacturer of the rug we wanted and will buy directly from them, which will be WAY cheaper too since the prices are not marked up times a thousand like all of your products. Oh, let me not forget to add that when my family purchased the $3,000 sofas they were delayed twice the day of delivery and finally delivered at 1'oclock IN THE MORNING!!! I will never forget that day because it was so random to be getting furniture set up at almost 2am, but that happened a while ago so hopefully they aren't repeating those same unprofessional practices!

I especially appreciated their same day delivery on both occasions when I was replacing my older fridges that stopped working suddenly. Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. He was polite and efficient, and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. A refreshing professional. I will continue to make SoCal my first choice for any appliance needs for sure.

My husband and I purchased a washer & dryer set on 02/15/26 and scheduled it to be delivered to our…read moreresidence. We were also able to request for them to pick up our old washer & dryer for an additional fee. Totally worth it. Rudy and Paolo delivered our new appliances the next day, today, and were thorough and attentive when installing them. We were informed our gas valve needed to be replaced along with a longer gas hose. With our permission at an additional low cost, Rudy was able to restore said items quickly and asked if we had any questions or concerns after installation was complete. Thank you to Rudy and Paolo for your professionalism and great service. We will continue to shop from Team SoCal Appliances!
