Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. Eric helped us right away, and let me just say he is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. There was zero pressure, just honest answers and efficient service. It took us about 5 minutes to pick the fridge we wanted, and another 5 minutes in the office with Eric to go over delivery details. That was it, in and out in about 10 minutes total. Delivery was just as smooth. For reference, delivery was $50 and haul away of the old fridge was $35, which is incredibly convenient and reasonable. Our new fridge arrived the very next morning, and Steven, who handled the delivery, was amazing. He hauled away our old fridge, set up the new one, and even connected the water line for the ice and water. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress free. From start to finish, this experience was efficient, honest, and reliable, exactly what you want when dealing with an appliance emergency. This is officially the only place I'll shop for appliances moving forward. When delivery and installation was made, David absolutely provided the most efficient and pleasant experience. The latest was this weekend for my Viking refrigerator when it stopped working. I was able to get an appointment on Friday night for them to come out Saturday. Of course they didn't have the part but then again I don't expect them to have every single part for every fridge model on their truck or in their office. The part came in the day after the holiday and they installed it the same day. Hopefully, the fridge works for at least a few more years. No issues with the tech that came out nor any issues with their scheduling. I would use them again.

When my refrigerator was leaking water this time (6 years later) I found my previous receipt of service and called AT Appliance again. They were very responsive and scheduled me for next day service. Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! This is the second time we've used their services and will continue to do so, as alas these older but more reliable machines of ours are starting to show their age.
