Stopped by this appliance showroom and was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. The…read moreshowroom itself is bright, organized, and laid out in a way that actually helps you see the differences between brands instead of feeling overwhelmed. There's a solid mix of higher-end appliances and more practical, budget-friendly options, so it works for different needs. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and knew their stuff, but never made me feel pressured. They listened to what I was looking for and gave honest input instead of pushing the most expensive options, which I really appreciated. The buying process was smooth, pricing was straightforward, and delivery expectations were clearly communicated from the beginning. Overall, a really positive experience and a place I'd confidently recommend if you're shopping for appliances. Cheers!

Basically an early 50's six burner in excellent but unrestored condition. Within 3 weeks he called me back and said he'd found something we might be interested in. And we were! A 6 burner O'Keefe & Merritt with chrome top in almost new condition. David said he wanted to service it and in the meantime we mailed a check for what seemed a very reasonable sum (priced a Viking recently)? A few weeks later we got a call that it had been delivered to the shippers for crating and transport to Texas. The grand uncrating was this morning. The stove had been very professionally crated and obviously gently handled throughout the shipping process (Plycon were the forwarders). Now bear in mind, all we knew so far of the O'Keefe was a couple of cell phone pictures and telephone discussions but David sounded so knowledgeable and helpful we figured we were in good hands. He did not let us down. The stove is quite incredible, the doors open & close like a German sedan, the chrome shines with a deep lustre not seen on modern finishing and the porcelain gleams. If you're looking for a fancy website and kitchen designers Aikens may not be your place. But if you have an appreciation for these fantastic culinary tools I cannot more highly recommend David Aiken.

I had called other places on quotes to repair my stove (the oven was not working as well as one burner) one was for $250 (not including any work) and one for $80 . What I got from Dave was a lot of money saving advice. He told us what he thought the problem was and showed us how to fix it ourselves. If that didn't fix it he would come to our place and check it for a fee (more reasonable then the other two). He had some great furniture and restored stoves for great prices. Thank you Dave!! You are the best!
