Unfortunately I was unable to get my refrigerator repaired but that was because of issues with Galanz and not scan appliance. So this review is just based on the phone conversations and service call. I found scan appliance to be honest and prompt. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone even seemed to have genuine empathy which was a much appreciated change up from the galanz customer service.
