Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. He was polite and efficient, and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. A refreshing professional. I will continue to make SoCal my first choice for any appliance needs for sure.

I told her the measurements I could accommodate, and she helped me get a counter-depth, French Door, stainless steel refrigerator that looks great and works beautifully.
