He came at 6:30pm. I was amazed that he was able to come that late. He was the most honest man. He right away knew what was wrong with it. He showed me the parts it needed and how much were they. He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late. I tipped him a little extra for making the time to come late. Always appreciate people's time!

He went above and beyond to not only on trying to sell but asked the right questions and was very friendly and NOT pushy like lots of typical sales people. He heard our demands and met them by giving us different options that fit our budget. Branded options if I didn't say... Original prices were mod to high but they offered a hell of a discount I couldn't refuse and still walked out with an affordable cost including the delivery and installation. It was such a great experience and cost that we decided to buy another fridge and return the previous one we bought from a different company/vendor; saving us money and having better performing branded appliances.
