So I was loosing rear differential fluids down the road. I was blessed to have landed in this town with these super kind people; Mindy answered my call after a mechanic shop in the same area told me I was toast. This shop had me almost done in a day just Dodge parts are difficult to match up sometimes! They worked diligently and persistent to get me fixed up and on the road back to traveling! As a walk-in customer I was very happy with the mechanics and all the staff; smart, quick and time efficient! Happy to hear a little background from Michelle and her Dad that started it all! They ruined my transmission a few years back and blamed it on me. Took over 3+ weeks to get my car…read moreback. I eventually had to go to a junk yard and buy my own transmission for 1/15th of the price of their rebuild quote for them to install. They cut my exhaust pipes where the flange from the Catalytic converter meets the H-Pipe. Not sure why they didn't just unbolt it? In fact, didn't even bolt them back together with new bolts when they cut them off. Instead, they put on exhaust sealer/glue. When I got my car back, I told them that I had a big exhaust leak and their response was, "the car was like that when you gave it to us". My driver side exhaust has been leaking for years due to them cutting the flanges.. I had to grind down the flange just to level it out and it's still not perfect. Every week that I called them, they said never even started it. "it will be done next week, call us next week" - "oh yeah he just looked at it, call us tomorrow" - "give us one more day". How hard is it to swap transmissions? They replaced the oil pan on my transmission and charged me for it without my consent because "It had a dimple in it". I even had to take the car back to get the shifting lever re-adjusted because the car had trouble going into reverse. I never even got my old transmission back either. They wanted to charge me a "core" charge for my own transmission when they were supposed to swap it out with another one I had in the trunk. My car drove perfectly fine without 4th gear and overdrive turned off. Once they did whatever they did, I got my car back and it was slipping gears, only to lose all forward gears on the highway. They charged me to install the replacement transmission I bought at the junk yard. I haven't had a problem with that transmission after all these years. This happened years ago but I remember everything. I love how my review isn't recommended. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

It took them nearly two hours just to inspect the car, and then out of nowhere, he hit me with a $75 service fee--something he never mentioned beforehand. When I said I wasn't going to pay a fee that was never disclosed, he got defensive and started making condescending remarks about how I must be "inexperienced," which was unnecessary and completely false. To make things worse, when I told him I wasn't paying, he took my car keys and put them in his desk--only giving them back after I firmly stood my ground and demanded them. The whole interaction felt like a trap. The quote he gave me was inflated and included charges I never agreed to. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any auto shop. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
