I initially did some moving…read morecompanies comparisons, and ultimately decided on Mozart as the background office staff was informative, courteous, professional and timely, and they answered all of my questions, that is a feat in itself. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Simply AWFUL experience. My wedding dress was RUINED here. I brought it in with a few small fresh…read morestains and got it back with the original stains still there, plus new large oily stains from their "cleaning attempts." On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

Can I give six stars? I wish I could, because Toni worked magic on what I thought was an impossible…read morereweaving job. I found that the local moth population decided to enjoy lunch on me. Literally. They feasted on the left shoulder of my suit jacket, chewing not one but two holes that couldn't be hidden and had to be fixed. The location was along a very thin strip of thread that had somehow been left intact and that one piece of cloth had to be kept in order to maintain the integrity of the weave. Toni worked through and around it, keeping the thread intact while weaving through the damaged portions. She had to perform this feat not once but twice and mended the jacket flawlessly. To this day, I only know where it was mended and how bad it looked because I saw it myself. Everyone else has no idea that it involved major repairs. It took a while to get my jacket back...I left it for an extended period of time and my wait was well worth it. As for the service...it's old school, in a good way. I brought the jacket in, and Toni spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining the nature of the damage, the possibilities for a successful repair, and the costs. This is service that expects when great care and painstaking attention to detail really matter. I'll admit the cost was substantial, but the cost to replace the suit or at minimum, the jacket, would have been hundreds of dollars more. For the expense and time, the final product and Toni's service exceed all expectations.
