It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and left the house immaculate. Every surface sparkled -- they even cleaned under the bed and behind the dresser. Not a speck of dust anywhere. What truly set them apart, though, was their kindness. The two ladies were so warm and patient with my mom, happily listening as she shared photos of my dad and the grandkids. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. What a lucky find! We're already looking forward to every future cleaning and would highly, enthusiastically recommend Jika's Cleaning to anyone.

They called the day of the appointment asking if they could come an hour early, I said great. The employee showed up and I began "showing" her (apparent language barrier) some things I wanted to make sure were cleaned (wiping out the inside of the empty kitchen cabinets). Even though there seemed to be a language barrier she made it clear she didn't have time to do that because she needed to pick her son up. She appeared a little frazzled (like all working moms) so II said ok, do what you came to do. She stayed very busy working her way through the bedrooms, kitchen and baths and was getting ready to swifter mop the living room. Thinking that the rest of the house was finished after about an hour and a half I told her to leave and go pick up her son. She finished the floor and took the $200 flat fee and left. I am not a picky person by any stretch but I went and checked and discovered she missed at least one ceiling fan and the kitchen backsplash. I called and spoke with Helen who offered the "canned" apologies.. Her solution was to send the same employee back out to my house which I refused because of the language barrier. The service I requested was not completed. I feel for the $200, I didn't get the value but I did get the aggravation.
