Agnes Customer Service is SPECTACULAR!!!…read more Agnes is so easy to talk to and get ahold of if I have a schedule conflict or need something extra. I actually look forward to talking to her! I had a big smile on my face the first time the ladies came to my door. First of all I was so happy to have help cleaning my house. Secondly, I was tickled to see them reach right down and greet my big dog without hesitation, even though he came barking and sliding up to their feet! When the Agnes ladies leave my house I message Agnes that it always smells so "Shiney"! Every member of my family knows when they have been there! It looks and smells and feels so fresh! I have used other services in the past, but have had Agnes Cleaning Service for almost 2 years now and would never choose anyone else! I HIGHLY recommend them for the service they provide and dealing with Agnes makes the whole experience a pleasure! - DJ-

This is by far the worst cleaning service. They are constantly having to cancel and reschedule…read moreappointments like today. Today's appointment was supposed to have occurred last Tuesday. However due to car problems the cleaner wasn't able to arrive. I was empathetic at that point. Because I have been in that position. So, I was rescheduled for Friday. Then last Friday a big snow storm hit our area and everything was closed. So, my appointment was canceled completely understood. Now, at this point I had to reach back to schedule a new appointment. It was set for 9 am today. Well 9 am came by and went without a notice from anyone saying that the cleaner would be late. I reached out to someone via text. No response. I texted again. Finally I was told at 930 am the following, "Ok, (cleaner) will be around 11. I'm sorry for that. Yesenia has family emergency. Her mom had surgery and probably that's the reason. But (cleaner) will be today." At this point I had had many of these types of cancellations that my empathy was no where to be found. They didn't even ask if that time would work for me. As if I don't have a job or other responsibilities. Completely inconsiderate. I am not sure how they still have a service. Worst service/ company by far!!

I could not love Maxi Clean more. I've lived in the area for 5 years and we've had a few different…read moremaids. Our first one was great, but she moved, the next one said she wasn't afraid of our sweet but giant dogs but she would squeal every time one got near so we couldn't leave her alone in the house, and the next one just didn't do a great job. Well, we are selling our house so decided we needed somebody to do a deep clean, so I went to trusty yelp and found Maxi Clean. These women worked so hard and cleaned things I never would have even thought of! They wiped down and made new our disgusting dog food container, my electric toothbrush, I mean the dirt they scrubbed out of here was INCREDIBLE. I was SO impressed. It also took them a couple hours longer than they anticipated, but instead of just leaving they stayed and finished it out. I'm not sure my house has ever been that clean, even when we moved in. I was so impressed that I kept them on to do weekly cleaning while we're selling our house and they continue to do an excellent job. Also, they are great with our dogs which is even more important to me than their cleaning skills to be honest. I know one of the girls was originally afraid of them (understandable as both dogs are 100+ lbs.), but never did anything to shoo them away and now seems perfectly fine with them. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with Maxi Clean.
