The expectation was also set that I could pick up the rug the following day of drop off. I drive 30 minutes and get there to find out "they have a lot of rugs" and that I can pick it up a week from now. Strange that they got a huge surplus of rugs within a few hours of me asking. The guy tries selling me on a rug pad for $75. While he's selling me on this I go on Amazon and find the same one for $18. I tell him I'm going to pass and he made it sound like I was silly for not taking his offer. I pick up rug a week later, check out my bill and see I'm charged for $144. I call and ask how and to break down the price. Everything that was quoted to me was wrong. I even called a second time after appointment to get quote and it was the same price. Set expectations with your customers, double the quote is not the business model you should be going for.

This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

They were efficient in their cleaning and tackled more than I expected: cleaning the stove grates, inside the oven, inside kitchen cabinets, dining room light fixture, and even some of the waist level trim in our dining room. Some fine detailing (base trims, electrical outlets, walls) were not done, but that is something i would categorized as a deep clean so that was fine by me. Halfway through (when they were done with the finished basement) they asked me to inspect their work and to tell them if they missed anything. I really appreciated that offer! I commented on a couple of things and they were happy to address them. I definitely think I'll use their service again! Great value for great work. Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

Although I know several people who use a cleaning service, I had never used a cleaning service before. The first time was like a miracle. The lady worked very hard. Since then, with the help of a good squeegee, I have kept it looking good. I have used them twice afterwards for complete cleaning and again encountered hard working women who know what they're doing. Although I'm on a tight budget and can't really afford a regularly scheduled service, I can say this: every time I have used them it has been extremely easy to schedule and well worth the money.

We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
