I loved this restaurant and it may be my new favorite! The crab fried rice was incredible (I had the egg cooked well, and there was plenty of it), and the sauce it came with was delicious. The garlic noodles were packed with flavor, and the salmon had a perfect crispy texture. I actually preferred the salmon with the sauce since it balanced the lighter seasoning and paired really well with the bold noodles. I accidentally ordered the garlic wings instead of the cajun wings, so I'll definitely be back to try those next time. I also started eating before taking photos, so I only managed to snap a picture of half the dish. The service was attentive without being overbearing, just efficient and on point.

I heard a very good review about this restaurant. Our party of 4 ppl came by on a Saturday noon. We ordered Pho and rice noodles soup with fish and chicken. The portion is fair enough. Beef/ rice noodles broth is tasty. The service is kinda slow. There are only 2 tables at the time we arrive. It takes 15 mins to place the order, and another 30mins to be served.

I think this place is a bit overhyped from social media posts. Let me explain: It's very small inside, the staff is limited to like 2 people and they didn't even have enough menus. It felt super chaotic. Yes it was Friday but wow. Maybe they are a newer location and deserve some grace. My table enjoyed their food. Me not so much. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to sing about. The elote and tacos seemed to be stand outs. Please not that for their drinks, they don't have descriptions so you'll have to ask them about it. Im not always out in Duluth so when I make that trip, I expect there to be some quality food. I personally will skip it next time I'm in the area.

This restaurant is truly underrated--the food is exceptionally delicious. It offers an Asian-fusion menu with a great variety of options. We started with the steamed chili wontons, which were spicy, flavorful, and packed with juicy shrimp. For our main courses, we had the Bo Luc Lac chao and the Cajun Crawfish Spaghetti. The spaghetti was my favorite--rich, buttery, and midly spicy with plenty of crawfish and sausage. The Bo Luc Lac chao has medium-rare filet mignon that was well-seasoned and beautifully complemented by pâté, sunny-side-up eggs, Vietnamese sausage, and fresh vegetables. We also tried the Ube Coconut drink, which was refreshing and not overly sweet. Service was a 10/10 overall. Since the restaurant is brand new, the staff is still limited, so the attentiveness may not yet match more established spots. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing--perfect for any occasions.

This is a gem of an Asian and Vietnamese restaurant in Duluth area! The pear salad is a delicious appetizer with the candied nuts, burrata, and balsamic glaze. The rose noodle entree is delicious and creamy - highly recommend with chicken. The lychee lemonade is refreshing and sweet drink to pair with dinner. The steamed chili wontons and Viet corn were not good - Skip these. Service was very good - quick and efficient. Soft music playing in the background, a little chilly, bring a jacket.

The Bep Corner absolutely blew us away. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The bep tacos were incredible. Tender, perfectly seasoned meat, fresh toppings, and just the right balance of crunch and acidity. The Chicken teriyaki was delicious and the pasta was creamy, savory, and indulgent. Great portions, thoughtful plating, and food that tastes as good as it looks. The Bep Corner is absolutely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back.

The first time we came here, I tried their lomo saltado and substituted rice with garlic noodles. It was incredible! A bit too salty but soooo addicting! We had to come back for a date night. This time we got chicken appetizer and it was good. I got the Bep pho to see what the hype was about. Bone marrow in general tastes okay, with a fatty melt-in-your-mouth and decadent feeling. It's worth trying at least once in your life and definitely worth trying right here. The pho was really good. Service has been great both times we've been here. Try this place out!

The salted coffee was delish. For the other items I felt like the seasoning just wasn't there. Although i appreciated the crispy skin on the salmon. Also was quite out of the way in a quiet parking lot. Not sure if i will be going back Service - 5 Ambience - 3

This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, though there's limited seating. The food options are plenty to satisfy any Asian food cravings. Service is quick and helpful. I got the ribeye garlic noodles.

It was pretty busy on a Sunday night but luckily we were able to be seated right away. The menu is interesting because there's lots of fusion dishes. I tried the Salto Polado which was steak bites with a sweet glaze sauce and fries. Flavor was good. The portion size was huge and had more meat than I expected. I do want to come back and try the other dishes.

Cajun spaghetti, bone marrow ribeye fried rice

The food is very good and the drinks are also really good and the one marrow ribeye fried rice is with the hype and the Cajun spaghetti was really good, and the service was quick and thoughtful, and the ambiance is very nice.

This was a cool and quaint restaurant. The food was actually really good but my table of 3, one being a toddler, found ourselves needing to order multiple dishes to share to be satisfied. I felt that the portion size for the entrees appeared reasonable but in reality were smaller than usual to share. We had the chili wontons, garlic noodles with steak, the wonton noodle soup and the spicy Szechuan noodles with salmon. Maybe they were the lighter options on the menu but they weren't filling and that's why I took off a star. Overall, good food though.

Absolutely incredible! The flavors were bold, fresh, and authentic. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a real culinary treat, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!"

I want to be upfront with this review and call out my experience honestly…read more Personally, I'm sensitive to heavy MSG usage. When I eat at many Japanese or Korean soup restaurants that don't rely heavily on MSG, I rarely get headaches afterward. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I ordered the bún bò Huế, a spicy and rich Vietnamese noodle soup originating from the central city of Huế. Traditionally, it features a bold, savory broth flavored with lemongrass, shrimp paste, and chili oil, served with thick rice vermicelli noodles, sliced beef, pork (often shank or knuckle), and fresh herbs with crunchy vegetables like banana blossom or cabbage. The portion was generous and visually accurate to the dish, but the broth felt extremely heavy and overpowering for me, and I left with a noticeable headache--something that doesn't usually happen to me at similar soup-focused restaurants. As a side note, the restaurant had a health inspection score of 81 (low B) the last time I checked, which is fairly in line with many older, high-volume ethnic restaurants, but still worth mentioning for transparency. The location is also something to be aware of. It's in a busy parking lot with a lot of reckless driving activity, so be careful when walking--this isn't the kind of place where you can casually stroll through the lot like you might at Whole Foods or Publix. You definitely need to watch left and right. The surrounding businesses include an American Deli and a pizza buffet, which gives you an idea of the overall environment. Overall, Pho Dai Lo serves authentic, bold-flavored Vietnamese dishes, and fans of strong, intense broths may enjoy it. However, if you're sensitive to very rich seasoning or additives, your experience may vary. Im Asian btw I know msg is used in a lot of viet and Chinese dishes and maybe the reasons why I enjoyed this dish. But I do have regret after coming out. It's not cheap either for two person with tip roughly $20 pp. u can get all you can eat buffet or even the Gohan seafood buffet if you think about it.

I think their dishes although prepared authentically are underwhelming in terms of the depths in flavor and really the soul of Vietnamese food. I'm not an expert but I've eaten my fair share of Vietnamese food for a standard issue white girl. The pork patty was dry and likely made at the beginning of the week and just reheated as the week went on. It was pretty bland and had this rubbery overly bouncy consistency and literally snapped when I bit into it. It basically got lost amongst all the fresh herbs too. As you can tell from the photo the Bánh bột chiên was burnt and it ended up being burnt on both sides. The squares were cut too thick...and because they were cut too thick they were on the mushy side even after being overly pan fried. All of the veg was fresh and well cleaned, the rice noodles were not overly sticky and clumped together. The pickled carrot/daikon were tasty. The server I had was attentive and polite. The interior was as to be expected and I couldn't care less that it's a little rough around the edges. If the tile isn't cracked, if the booth's vinyl isn't taped up, the utensils aren't mismatched and the tables aren't wobbly then I don't trust the place!! Like I said-I don't dislike it here. I just don't see the hype. Then again I feel like I have to piece together my favorite dishes from several spots between Doraville/Chamblee and Duluth, so maybe it's because I haven't found one place that checks all the boxes and I can get all my favs from one place. My family and I (brothers, children,…read morenieces, nephews, in-laws) dine in regularly, and I always leave a generous tip--often $25+--because the food has consistently been good and the staff has usually been great. Unfortunately, tonight was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We arrived almost two hours before closing, and the restaurant was not busy. Despite that, our food came out very late, with half of it being served when we were already preparing to leave. It was also my husband's birthday, and since we run a business ourselves, it's hard for us to plan outings--so this was meant to be a simple, enjoyable dinner. I ordered a chocolate cake, which arrived completely frozen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes, and it was still rock solid, so I had to send it back. On top of that, as we were leaving, we were still waiting on spring rolls and a chicken baguette. It also took a long time just to get the check so we could leave. The most upsetting part: As we were walking out, an older gentleman and our usual server stopped us and asked for a tip. My husband explained that we weren't leaving a tip because the service was poor and extremely slow--specifically mentioning that the younger server never came to our table until around 2:05 AM. Instead of handling this professionally, the server became angry, started kicking us out, and even called us "cheap." We have never been confronted like this before. Business owner to business owner, I would NEVER speak to a customer this way. If service isn't up to standard, getting upset at customers for not tipping is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The food is still good, and I've always recommended this place to others--but treating loyal customers this way is ridiculous and avoidable. Did they lose a customer? Yes. Will I miss coming here? Yes. Could this have been handled better? Absolutely.
