My hairstylist Anthony John has been working out of Bellezza for a few years now. I followed him here from another salon. So besides someone in the reception area I really don't deal much with anyone else here. That being said, everyone is always friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and bright. Stopped in today for an eyebrow wax and I was not disappointed. I loved that there was a ton of parking both in the front and in the back of the building for ease of access. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendl receptionist and waited probably about 10 minutes past my scheduled service time to actually go back (my waxer was running a few minutes late-which she explained-and I was happy to wait). The waiting area is cute--magazines, beverages etc. are available. It's somewhat close quarters with the front desk, merch shelves, and waiting area all in the a somewhat compact area, but overall I didn't mind hanging out in the front area. I went back for my wax with Tina C and let me tell you--she is a GEM! She did an excellent trim of my brows before she waxed them and asked me lots of questions about what I wanted to make sure that I would be happy. She was easy to talk to and just the sweetest! I really liked how my brows turned out and I will definitely be coming back to her in a few weeks for maitenance. This was a surprisingly good experience (I always hesitate to try new salons). I think the icing on the cake was I was able to book the initial appointment via their online booking system--I hate calling places to simply make an appointment so this was a huge plus for me. Had a gel manicure yesterday. Everyone was very nice and friendly here. $34 for a gel mani, which I would say is normally reasonable--But, this was really just a polish change. She filed my nails and painted them. No cuticle care, soaking, etc. My actual nails look fine but my cuticles are uneven and jagged (as they haven't been touched) and the clear polish is stuck on my skin and under my nails. I found this place on Google when i was looking for pricing on Lash Lifts in the Buffalo area. This is by far the least expensive in Buffalo and the quality is wonderful! I pass by this salon a lot and never rly looked twice, they have a large lot with lots of parking. When you walk in you enter a very large waiting area and i was greeted right away. I was sitting down for maybe 2 mins then was taken back for my service. The ladies are all friendly and knowledgeable and the lash lift process was quick and easy! For the lift and the last tint its only $60 compared to $80 at other salons this is a steal and my lashes look AMAZING! I was told the curl will last roughly 10 weeks and that the tint doesn't last as long as the curl but i'm okay with that! I can't wait to go back and have this done, this service is very ideal for those women who have nice full long lashes but don't want those fake lash extensions on. plus it's half the price of lash extensions too. I don;t know if i'll get this done every 10 weeks but i'll deff do it for any occasions i have because it's just so worth it and i certainly won't be going anywhere else except Bellezza! read more

I got my hair done twice and my lashes done once at bellezza. For hair I had Lisa and for lashes I had Jen. Both women did an excellent job. Lisa made my hair ombre and matched my root color to my natural hair color perfectly. Jen made my lashes natural and full and finished in about 40 minutes. All the staff there are kind and professional. The salon is very nice too aesthetically, and they use high end products. I really like it there. read more

I was not impressed with this place in the least. I was forced to go here a couple times because a stylist I liked was there, but she has since left. The stylists are incredibly gossipy and make you feel uncomfortable. During my visits there, I would see clients come in and then be talked about behind their backs as soon as they walked out the door. It had a very catty high school girl vibe and you feel like you're being judged. Plus, when I'm paying good money for a relaxing experience, I don't want to listen to stylists openly complain about each other and swear. I followed my stylist Jennifer Pfeil to this salon and I love it! The staff is always very pleasant and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Jennifer is amazing! My Mom went through chemo last year and as her hair was growing back, she wanted to get it colored to feel more confident. She is young but she was trained in the area at the Leon Studio and she knows her stuff AND she listens to the client. Her ego isn't overblown where her opinions comes before the clients. I have been going to Sarah K for about a year, and I am not exaggerating when I say that I no longer let anyone else touch my hair. I had a bad experience last summer where I asked an amateur friend to take my hair from a deep honey blonde to silver - ended up being bleached five times over the course of two weeks and had the texture of straw. I was introduced to Sarah by a family member a few months later and she was able to turn it into a platinum blonde with barely any damage whatsoever. I felt pretty again. However, I have been itching to go back to my regular hair color, so I booked an appointment with Sarah to fully dye my hair as close as its natural color as it could be. I have no idea how she did it, but it is pretty much exactly like my natural. If you were to look at it there is absolutely no way that you could tell it was dyed rather than being completely natural, and it feels that way as well. Great facial by Rachel! I felt relaxed and enjoyed not talking during my service. The room was lit up only by candlelight and was nicely decorated. She did checkup with me about half way through and asked how things were going. My skin looked and felt refreshed immediately after the facial. Came home from having my second lash fill by Jen D. and found myself in extreme pain every time I blinked or closed my eyes. I went to the bathroom to get a better look at my lashes (she did not give me a mirror to show me her work at the salon) to find that they were actually glued to my eyelids. My eyelids are red and extremely painful. I cannot even brush them, there is so much glue, they are hard stiff. I immediately sent the salon a DM to have them cancel all future appointments that I had with Jen and briefly explained to them the situation, I have not yet received a response. I am extremely disappointed as she did a decent job on my first fill and it was actually $15 cheaper. For some reason, this visit was more money and I assumed they were good, so I even tipped. In addition to the pain that I am experiencing and will be until I can get them fixed by another salon in a few days, I found Jen to be a tad unprofessional at this visit. She was more concerned about my brows and the girl that I chose to have do them, criticizing her work and showing me pictures of her own work, than she was with my lashes which was why I was there. After this experience, I am not sure I would ever feel confident having her do a semi-permanent tattoo on my face. This appointment was really a waste of my time and money as I now have to go after work on Wednesday to another salon, probably for a removal and a full new set, which I haven't had to do since having lash extensions for the past two years. I went in with brassy blonde hair and horrible roots, but Sarah knew exactly how to get me back on track to the platinum cool toned blonde hair I wanted! I came to Bellezza because I read so many good reviews about it, how they are so well trained, how their egos are not overblown, how their opinions don't come before the clients, etc. At first I got the grand treatment, but the stylists and assistants ended up to be very nosy and chatty, making me very uncomfortable. My stylist cut me with her shears and didn't apologize. I had an idea of what I wanted and was insulted when I vocalized it. Maybe I'll give this place another shot in a few months because the atmosphere was actually very nice and relaxing. read more
