You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started. It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations. It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. Nevertheless, I was still satisfied with my service. I had Linda as my massage therapist. Initially I was worried because I'm about 5'10" and she is about 5' and I was wondering if she would be able to use enough pressure but she did not disappoint!!! I've been a client for 4+ years and I very rarely I miss or cancel appointments…read more I've been flexible many times when they've had to move appointment due to people being out or leaving. I arrived 9 minutes late to a waxing appointment that is booked for 15 minute slots due to traffic. It was an eyebrow wax that has NEVER taken more than 5 minutes and was told they cannot take me and charged 100% of the service. Yes, I signed the agreement but sometimes customer service and loyalty of 4 years, coming monthly should outweigh an agreement.
